6 Servings

Ingredients:

1-1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak, about 1-1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp steak sauce
2 tbsp each of lime juice and packed brown sugar
1 tbsp grated ginger root
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Trim any excess fat from the steak and pierce the meat continuously with a fork. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over steak in a large,heavy-duty,resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight if possibly.

Prepare the grill. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill over hot coals for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the desired "doneness" is reached. Brush steak occasionally with leftover marinade.

Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing. Cut against the grain into thin slices. Serve immediately
