Its time to make some money and turn myself to a bastard!

I am currently trying to setup a style for myself and being ready to blast,
In my town not any fancy muscle bastard. So it needs to be one and its me!

I am planning to sell my style and my experience to the folks in here so lets begin.

I lost my form in the beginning of summer because I had a surgery not important one but even it took me off 2 months from gym and also made me dive into shitty foods.

Now time to get rid of this fucking fat block on my pretty muscles.

4 weeks 50mg test p 200mg test e E3D
0,25mg adex EOD -> I will take aromasin when I am run out of adex.


Diet
Before Breakfast

500mg green tea ex.
200mg caffeine
2g l carnitine
apple vinegar and water
black papper
turmeric
ginger
900mg nac

40 mins later
30g whey


breakfast
2 whole eggs
multivit
2g of fish oil
6000iu vit d3
100mg Q10

1 hour after breakfast
500mg green tea ex.
200mg caffeine
2g l carnitine
apple vinegar and water

before workout
500mg green tea ex.
200mg caffeine
2g l carnitine
apple vinegar and water
1g hmb
5g creatine
6g l citrulline
3g beta-alanine
8g glutamine
blackpapper
vitamin b complex
2g l-tyrosine


postworkout
30g of carb

at the rest of day
1kg chicken breast cooked in the oven with some spice + salats + 20g of olive oil + 2 g of fish oil


roughly 1500 kcal

Now I am 160lbs and around %8bf

Trying to down %6 so I think even loosing 3 lbs of fat would be enough for me (after carbs and water left my body)


So after this shit cut my cycle will be

500mg test e E3D
50mg NPP E3D
125mg Deca E3D
250mg Mast E E3D
5mg cialis ED
12.5MG aromasin EOD(that may change my aim is keeping my e2 around 20pg/ml)

I will run this untill I hit 180lbs with maximum of %6 bf

If I cant stay at this bf with this stack I will kick nandrols and add a little tren with a diet to lose my excess bf after good bulk.

Training for now

one rest day in a week, all sets are superset it takes 70 mins with high volume and I do 30mins cardio.(cant do hit because i cant control myself too much at this point because of starving so it is better to do regular cardio not to die in fucking gym for now)

My plan is staying like this like 10-12 months untill I get things square then spending my money with bitches

I am still on carb cycle I am gettin leaner but it will take time I dont want to add much juice for now i dont need it. Also trying to invest some money for style, ordered some pendants and wristbands
I dont know my measurements except for arms it is 41 - 42 cm depends on high carb or low carb day.

27.10.2018 update
I am on 4th week of 625test and 400mg deca and 10. week of cycle(first 6 week was only testo)
