Saw this at the grocery store today. It's from BRAGG'S, the same company that makes the popular brand of apple cider vinegar ppl are using as a supplement.

Was wondering if anyone else has used it.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180916/1b4a1efc0dd9635d4da2debcab5242bf.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180916/6363121fcf25aaebda06732bbc70ff91.jpg

I use coconut aminos I think thats the same thing. I use it with ground turkey tastes very similar to soy sauce. Ground turkey cabbage and, roce, cauliflower all mixed together tastes pretty good considering that all three ingredients are boring alone.

I tried bragg's liquid aminos. It's good but it looks like coconut aminos are the way to go. No soy and some brands like 'coconut secret' have waaaaay less sodium.

I don’t touch anything soy....no reason to, there’s so many straight up quality non-soy amino sources out there why use it.
Soy is not for serious b’ber’s, in my opinion

Soy is not for serious b’ber’s, in my opinionI used to worry about it back in my natty days. No natty bbers should touch soy products imo.

Since I started using gear and ai I always figured it didn't really matter.

Have been wanting to see any research related to sully products in relation to gear users but if course theres none to be found.

I've used pretty good stuff like others have said if you super strict on your diet there are healthy alternatives.
