So tomorrow I start the blast I have been waiting for !

It’s a mixture of sponsors stuff so I am excited to mix it up and get huge

This got delayed a few weeks bc of my own missteps but I’m back focused on it 100%

Since 8/26 I have been using 1 cc Monster Sus per day and feel I have packed on some size for real but it’s all bulk — been eating like crazy but not the greatest foods at all
Plan is to start a diet plan and actually stick to it

Thinkin of doing this -
1/2 cc Rip stack ED
1/2 premium mix ED
25/25 split of Tbol
25/25 split Proviron ED
5ius Supertropin every morning

Arimidex 1mg every Wednesday
Nolvadex40 mg 2 or 3 times a week to keep my nipples from exploding (I am sensitive to gyno issues)

I also ordered a ton of supports from Amazon (see below )

Still look solid brother just got to keep pushing forward we all are humans and have times where we slide back but what's important is what you do after to improve ! The muscle memory is real and you will be bigger than you ever were in six weeks with 100 percent focus and dedication ! Get it brother

It’s cool man I can handle it

Diet - def needs tweaking but it is 5 meals daily
With protein shakes as snacks in between with water (well the sparkling water bc it reminds me of soda lol)
I generally meal prep on Sunday for the week and grill a shitload of chicken and oven roast some veggies to go with it
Use my crock pot to make about 4 cups of rice and then portion out like 1/3 cup in each meal

Training
I lift 6 days a week currently - usually do 1 body part a day for about an hour and try to hit legs back and chest twice a week. Usually progressive overload on the weight and 4 sets (4th set is till failure with a moderate weight)

Gear
So I was running 1 cc sust everyday for about 3 weeks prior to using these compounds
My thinking was to get some size packed on before trying to lose weight And lean out

My theory behind the short and long ester mix is that honestly I just wanna try something different
I have never run short and log esters together and wanna see what will happen if I do
Time will tell I suppose

And supps
I have a liver issue - it’s a hematoma in my liver (basically a cluster of blood vessels that on an X-ray resembles a tumor )
My doctors have told me a billion times to take liver support all the time to help bilirubin levels and also to continue having my liver function at 100% (which if does) - I’m gonna run as many support supps as possible mainly for my liver
If you notice - all the supports I’m taking are aimed at the liver (tudca Nac Liv52 L-glut)

Time will tell my results and I’ll continue posting progress here

I just hate ordering from him lack of communication and long shipping times but if you can wait its 100% worth it. Intrested to see your results cause I know you like to BLAST big cycles lol.

I take 250mg Tudca in the morning and 600mg Nac at night. I also take milk thistle twice a day with those.
They work differantly. I believe taken together they clean and help restore the liver.
But like droid said 500mg a day is protocol

Rest day today from training
Need to give my body a chance to recover and be able to crush it again tomorrow morning

Still pinned 5ius GH
Took my tbol and Proviron
I also pinned .5cc rip stack .5 cc trest (mainly wanted to try the trest out)- it is unbelievably smooth - it comes out of the vial into the pin so fast as well - it’s brewed w mig oil so I’m guessing that’s why it moves so differently than other oils with gso.

Anyway - gonna meal prep all day and rest probably

My diet needs to become more militaristic in terms of what I eat when and how much - I need to really nail it down and stick to it

Gonna grill like 5 lbs chicken, 2 lbs steak
Oven roast like a shitload of broccoli onions peppers and green beans
Crock pot like 4 cups of brown rice as well

^then portion out a chunk of protein - 1/2 cup rice each
And load the veggies in there

^gonna try to eat 4 of them per day schedule permitting - but I can def get 3 in

These are lunch and dinner meals
For breakfast I have tons of steel cut oats - eggs , turkey sausages and yogurts w granola

Plan on eating one of those as breakfast and the meals I cook today for lunch and dinner
-snacks in between I will use protein shakes - got bananas and yogurts as well

Let’s see how it goes !
When I do this plan above I generally lose fat and look like a beast after about a month so that’s the goal

Day 2-1cc Monster rip stack (100 Tren a mast p test p) 1cc Sciroxx DHB(which is fucking amazing by the way! Holy shit

Let me just talk about this DHB
So it’s EQ base — so dihydroboldenone base ^^- it is different from 1testC (dihydroboldenone cypyionate)

The difference is the ester ^
DHB is a base no ester
1testc is cypionate ester

Anyway
I did 1/2 cc yesterday and I was a fuckin machine - I been kinda weak since relapsing and being a dumb fucking moron but —- yesterday I was chest pressing the 125lb DB with ease - and for where I’m at not that’s a major major increase - shit is for real 100%

I love Monster gear and the Monster team 100% man I do - but I also enjoy running some different gear once in a. While to see what’s what - let me say -both Victory and Sciroxx are badass!

Gonna go hit back Today in like 45 min once this C4 takes hold of me - then I’m like speeding down the street to lift while Blasting metal Music at 8am in a school zone (my gym is next to a school ) lol

No heavy weight

Just high
Reps low weight

Pinned 1cc trest
1cc premium mix

Took all my Orals
50 tbol
50 PV

Had a great pump (keep sweatshirt on for first 30 min)- sweating like a mofo

Tomorrow will try to just do cardio but who knows I’ll prob do some weights also
Gonna take a day off from pinning
My VG’s need a break for a day lol they’re kinda sore at this point

Usually if I do 1cc daily it’s no issue
But I been doing 2 or 3 cc daily

^^takes it’s toll on my VG

They’re swollen a bit and are a bit sore
Gonna just do Orals and supps
45 min light cardio is the plan with maybe 15 min shoulder dumbbell work

It's a compound that I'm really interested in it's just pretty rare and there's not alot of first hand accounts with it. I know that you've not been on it long but have you noticed any gains in terms of size or strength since you incorporated it ? I know probably hard to know considering your using multiple compounds

Haven’t been speaking much about it
I am currently moving so it is very difficult to meal prep and keep meals bc I’m basically living in two places at once

I usually just cook myself meals as I need em (saves time and I also don’t have all my materials in my kitchen bc they’re packed up )

Did legs this morning — I hate doing legs — why? Bc they’re the weakest part of my body so it just makes me feel inferior lol

They do look like they’re gaining some size though

Yes, you can tell a difference. Arms looking good, bro. I like the supersets and reps, really gets the blood pumping and it shows. Love halo. I used it like dbol and split it thru the day @10mgs, 3 times a day. PWO 20-30mgs. Did 50mgs for 3 days prior and on 2 competitions and had absolutely awesome results. Strength thru roof at that dose.

Good Evening My Friends of BOP.
I just finished the first cycle. I went with 150mg of Test C 2X per week and (1) Arimidex per day.
I do question the Arimidex, the bottle was in Chinese and the interpretation from the label says it’s an allergy medication. I can’t really say I am getting the estrogen out of my system or not. I have labs coming soon.
I have been working out 3 or 4 times per week, 90 minutes, I start with 30 to 40 minutes of cardio and then either upper or lower body alternating back and forth. I am eating only meat and veggies about 90% of the time.
I can definitely feel the difference in my endurance and strength, but I’m not losing weight. Everything I read says that I should be losing on Test C. I started at 232lbs and at the end of the cycle I’m 227ish. I know it is probably a little of both losing weight and gaining muscle, it’s still a bit disappointing.
Any advise what would work best to stack with the Test C and how often, to see some cutting start. PM please!
I am going to rest a few weeks and start the next cycle around Thanksgiving.
As far as the Gear? I have also been at a clinic here for TRT and I think their 210 Test C is stronger than the 400mg of Test Mix I got as well. I still have no Idea what to think about the Arimidex

I just finished vics liquid anavar, just ran 40mg a day and it was good, i can only imagine it at 100mg a day.....i liked the var, simular to stanozolol but way less harsh....i cant wait to run this mast e 200

Damn - they aren’t pimples tho bc I don’t feel them when I touch my arm
They’re just like blemishes or someshit

I gotta get a body exfoliant scrub and hit it hard

There’s a few I have used that work after like a week or two to remove those like red fuckers

This last cycle I broke out really bad when I stopped. Shoulders and back. My back is a mess. Some little pimples and blemishes as well.

I literally suck at updating this but this pic is like 2 days ago prob

Feel I’m adding size while also cutting the fat
Out which is the goal

My diet has been shit lately w thanksgiving
I spent a whole week at my parents so I ate like shit and didn’t lift regularly
Really messed up my flow

Back at it tho hardcore everyday

Been using rip stack and Anavar daily during the weekdays

Weekend I have been using Pharmaca Syntocrin
(Test Tren Mast long ester blend ) 1.5 cc sat and Sunday along with 5ius GH everyday

I am gonna keep running this pattern till prob Christmas (going on vacation for a
Week to Vegas and LA then) debating to bring gear and work out there as well to keep it going

I don’t drink or party so the worst thing that I’m
Gonna do there is eat shitty food at restaurants etc

I prob will bring enough gear for 7 days and continue my cycle there and work out at hotel gym early in the morning time at least 4 days -Vegas it’ll
Be easy bc there’s a gym in hotel — LA I don’t think there is do the last 3/4 days of the trip I will struggle to find a place to lift but who knows I may find something

I feel you! I have a 30 waist but I buy 34 waist and the fat boy style jeans because my legs and butt won’t even fit. I make husky jeans look like skinny jeans! Fucking hate shopping!!

31 usually with jeans fits but 32 is more comfy bc there more space for my legs and junk
