Donating blood??

How do you donate blood, if the red cross wont take your blood because of the places you been and things you've been exposed to in the military? Anybody else run in to this problem?

Mine wasn't even that, said just because I was in certain countries during certain periods I couldn't donate, guess I should have lied

I was in Iraq in 05-06 and never had an issues donating. Where did you deploy? You get all your shots when u get back in country?

Iraq 03/04 and yes...but Iraq not the problem. Europe was the problem
I was in Iraq in 05-06 and never had an issues donating. Where did you deploy? You get all your shots when u get back in country?
