I just had my initial on-cycle blood done and just got the results back. Blood was taken on day 20 of a Test-E 250mg E3D & Anavar 75mg ED cycle. I have been taking Aromasin 12.5 EOD for Week 2 and then switched to 12.5 ED after day 10.

Blood Panel was just the basic Private MD Labs Female Hormone Panel as I was just looking to see if their were any major issues and if I need to adjust my AI more, which it looks like I do.

Here are the results:

I have been reading and I appreciate suggestions and thoughts about how much to increase my AI as well as what supplements I should add based on the results. My initial thought was to go to 25mg Aroma ED, but I am not sure if this should be higher or different so I appreciate suggestions there as well as if I should be adding a Liver Aid or other supplements based on the results.

Thanks in advance!

Clearly the Test is as expected, and maybe the rest are all okay considering the cycle, but I wanted some of the more experience users advice.

Should I increase my AI?
Do I need any other supplements to add, such as a liver aid or other?
Anything else I should consider here.

Thanks in advance Bros!

Thanks in advance Bros!Man, your Estro is not too far out of range. If you feel good and aren't holding a bunch of water, I would stick with the 12.5 mg daily. You can expect estrogen to be on the high side if your Test is in the 3-4 thousand range.

Var jacked my AST and ALT levels up pretty high as well. Get some Tudca and NAC to take while running the Var. DON'T take milk thistle while taking orals. It will diminish the effectiveness. Wait till you are done with the Var.

Didn't realize just how harsh VAR can be.

Personally, I like my estrogen just slightly lower, maybe mid 30's but its hard to control it sometimes.
I'd always error on lower estrogen than higher. Once you get gyno it will flare up every cycle until its
cut out. You don't want them problems.

You aren't in bad shape whatsoever imo. People trip over liver enzymes but as long as you aren't a raging
alcoholic or addicted to BC Powders the liver will always bounce back.

My friend had his come back at over 1000, then you have a damn problem.

People should be much more worried about their kidneys instead of their liver.
Pound that water like no tomorrow, when the blood gets thick and dehydrated the kidneys struggle.

This is a female panel?

Anavar will cause your lipids to be off.

Yes this is the privateMD Female hormone panel that is recommended a lot on AAS forums for a low cost solution if you do not need to see Test above 1500 it seems to do good for the basics.

Also, just to check... The HIGH Monocytes result I assume is unrelated to the cycle/AAS altogether, right? I guess from what I am reading I may just have had some unknown infection or something my immune system was fighting off at the time that I had no idea about, but I thought it worth asking your guys opinions as I wasn't sure if this could be cycle related too.

Thanks!
