Female hgh dosage

My girl (who turns 50 this year) Started reading about the wonders of hgh, she works out as much as I do and is in great shape, she just was lookin for the cosmetic benefits , wrinkles adipose fat. From what i read a dose of 2iu's a day would suffice. If anyone has any input on the subject, pro's or con's. dosage , best time to dose, would be greatly appreciated. Respect, Del

2iu's of legit GH is more than enough for her...I wouldn't say anything more than 3iu's max for that IMO...... the best time would be just before bed that way she can capitalize on the body's natural release which occurs during REM Sleep....If she chooses to do it at bedtime she should see deeper sleep...I do at least whenever i take a shot later just before going to sleep i seem to sleep sounder thru out the night
