Sometimes after I reconstitute the hgh I sometimes shoot the reconstituted solution back in the vial when trying to draw the solution in the the pin; because my insulin pin is drawing up too much air. Would this affect the hgh and would shaking it lightly really destroy the hgh? Would like to hear what people think.

From everything I’ve read on the manufacturers websites, they say that definitely shaking the solution can and will destroy the molecule... so I just follow that and lightly roll the vial after injecting towards the glass with the water, never spraying the puck directly or forcibly... I remember reading on a jinotropin page “the molecule is extremely fragile”

So I’m very soft in handling hgh...

I'm always extra careful with mine as well. Let all the pressure out of the vial before adding the bac water. Then slowly injecting the bac water and letting it drip down the side. Storing it in a light proof container. Everything you read about how to do it carefully I do. That being said I have no idea if it makes a difference. All I know is that with the price of quality GH, better safe than sorry!

I don't think I've seen any actual studies confirming the fragility of GH but why risk doing anything other than what has been explained 1000 times by now? It's not that hard to just use a little caution and basic instructions to ensure your investment stays GTG.

I just try to shoot it on the side with the vaccum automatically dispensing water in. I do accidently shoot the hgh back in sometimes because it is hard to pull water out because of air bubbles/etc.

I'm confused a light proof container; where did you hear that? Everyone or most people I know store it in the refridgerator; or do you mean exposure from sunlight?

I keep it in a light proof container in my fridge. Always what I’ve been told. I even just got some HCG for my girl and they recommended wrapping the vial in foil to keep the light out so it didn’t degrade.

That's a good idea of putting it in something light proof while you store in the fridge or wrapping it in foil . What do you guys do to relieve the pressure from the vile ? Is it ok to inject 2 iu of air so it's easier to draw out the 2 ius

I just take the needle off the syringe and poke it in the vial if GH to release the pressure. I’ve never added air. I’ve never had issues drawing though. I don’t see why it would cause a problem as long as it’s not really disturbing the reconstituted GH

Yeah I just put it in this little card board box; I wonder if a light proof container is really needed though.

I've used some of the pens, the ones you have to twist and puncture to reconstitute are pretty adamant about not shaking or causing turbidity in the solution. The Nords are packaged as a liquid, though without any air in vial so they cannot really be shaken and apparently travel wel, though it is recommended not to let it drop out of your fridge. Both the Geno and Nord say keep out of direct light.
Possibly in the poster's case of drawing out and returning solution to the vial it may be increasing the amount of air/liquid interface essentially 'stirring' air into the solution, whereas oxygen is a common pathway of degradation be it food, metal, or in this case medication. Oxidative reactions increase in the presence of UV light, so a tanning bed in hyperbaric chamber is a no go when prepping your batch.
Cheers.

I haven't ran across any generics with pressure in the vial. Vacuum, yes. I just vent it with a needle after reconstituting. This seems to aid in the dissolution and removal of bubbles as well.

Are you supposed to remove the vacuum?
