Hey bros. Curious to see what my oilfield brothers keep in in the cooler while out on location. The goal being to at the very least maintain, if not grow while out on hitch. I keep boiled eggs, oatmeal, sandwiches, "healthy burritos" when I have access to cookware, and protein shakes (used sparingly).

GQ is in the oil feild.

For mh exhusband. Id always make sure bars, fairlife milk, shakes. Id offer to pack for his hitch but, he would always tell me not to bother. He also wasted a lot so, it was just easier if he went and bought food. And did his own thing at his convenience

I'm in trucking, not oil field.... I always ate at Subway every other day and at a cheap Chinese restaurant buffet the other days...it's expensive but money doesn't matter... I make too much so why bother... I would select salmon, green beans, etc....my workout was 2 half hours long every other day to make up for the extra food.... I work 14 hours a day, than go to the gym...if I don't have a gym I use heavy weight bands..
Can u have a rice cooker? I used to make soups, rice, ramen, etc in them...crack an egg or two and mix it in...u can cook your oatmeal and can use real oatmeal, not just instant crap..
