Been using it for years... And yes I can tell a difference if I dont take it... Seems as if it gives me more energy and drive..
I usually take 1 cc every 2 weeks ....

Only given it in an IV to malnurished or chronic alcoholic patients that are diabetics and have low blood sugar....helps the d50 bind to what it needs to in their system lol...AKA-Thiamine

My girl has pernicious anemia so she gets a ml every month, very low energy without it. Not as much of a difference in folks who have a normal level, but if your low and take it there is a big difference.

I like it for hangovers. Take a ml, 1 liter of D5w and some O2, an hour later I'm G2G!

Running a b vitamin alone is ok but b vitamins work synergistically with one another so the best thing to run is a b complex, I inject a b complex that's for cattle but it's at a perfect dose to take a ml for humans it burns like hell right at first but is great for the body, b vitamins are water based so you can take it everyday, I run it EOD though. It's super cheap like $13 for 250ml

I have a large 100ml bottle and take it whenever I feel the need.
As was mentioned it's water based and leaves the body very quickly so IF a person wanted to do it every day it wouldnt hurt.
My girlfriend has a script for it but only for 1ml vials. Her doc says to take it once a week which I personally think is pointless since it would be long gone before a week.
I think more like 24 hours and it would be all pissed out. Sometimes I think docs are way off on their protocol.
I give her a pin of mine every once in a while.
I think it helps with the energy by increasing the oxygen in the blood. I dont feel a big differance but I know a lot of endurance athlets use it.

I have used it and do notice a difference in energy levels.

I also give it to alot of females looking for an energy boost and to lose a little weight and they were already seeing a doc and paying $100.00 a shot. Fuck that.
