Hey gents, this is an un sponsored "log" for my 15 wk bulk. Im getting back in the game after my ankle reconstruction surgeries ( over 2yrs figuring that shit out). running victory gear the whole way. I can only do so much for legs so that is why it looks weird. I put log in quotations because it is not going to be an everyday kinda thing. Like ive posted before, i work 60-120hrs a wk. Sometimes more when im gone. But hear is what im going to be doing the whole time. If it changes ill post it. My diet is going to be the vertical diet, trying it out for the first time because it sounds tasty and is simple. 4000cal will increase to atleast 5000 at some point. right now im 5' 11 210 around 12-14% (couch sitting on a bum leg beer was my only friend). goal is to maintain bf% and get up to 240lbs before i lean back out with a Test, tren, mast, primo cycle and get back to where i was before around 220 at 4%. I will be having another ankle surgery at 13wks in. but will be back in the gym a week after (not too crazy this time under the knife). After 18wks i think im going to add HGH for recovery. Any opinions on this would be appreciated because i would also like it to be around for my cut cycle with tren. I have plenty of time for that. Im on trt so not worried about PCT if ya'll were wondering. Any input is welcome, especially on when to use HGH. Thanks guys much love.

I'm super pumped dude. Just finished meal prep for the week. Fucked up with veggies though (too much) and need to add a few more ounces of sirloin per meal and 1 more egg for breakfast. First week is always the learning curve.

What are you running for your bulk?

Diet and cycle look great. I tried a similar workout schedule but couldn't do it for long. My triceps would be sore after chest day and my bi's would be sore on back day. Felt like I was way over working them and my strength went down. Good luck. I'll be checking in on here.

I've been doing it this way for a few years now and found that my trip and bi can't get enough and doing my big muscle in the am doesn't let the arms detract from my strength. Was benching 425 with a similar routine and the next day would do 120lb db overhead press for 8 as working set. Still been trying to add width to biceps though. Thanks for the support brother

Well guys had my first workout on D ball in two years. By the way I'm using talk to text so if this comes out kind of weird that is why. Had to bump down a few of my sets because I think my glycogen stores were low or the pump was so massive from dbol in my chest that it was causing me to lose strength. Or I'm just f****** week now which could very well be the case. Holy s*** is one and a half cups of yogurt a lot it doesn't look like a lot on paper but it's been a very long time since I've eaten this many calories in a day so some things might have to get cut until my stomach expands again I'm trying to figure out what time to work arms because my God damn transmission went out and have to get that fixed so f****** life should always getting in the way huh guys

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I had a unique experience in the gym this morning. For the first time in my entire gym career someone denied me the courtesy of working in with them during their sets and here's the funny thing is it was an older black lady and my water bottle was by the decline Hammer Strength machine and I went to go take a poop and came back from said poop and she had removed all my way and water bottle and then when I told her excuse me ma'am I have three more sets left I was on this do you mind if I just work in with you it's okay. She responded with no I'm going to finish mine and I'll be done in 5 minutes and then never got off. 10 minutes later I'm still sitting there jerking my dick. It is what it is not a big deal I just thought it was funny how it took this many years for someone to actually tell me know you can't work in with me.

Im defiantly going to have to bump down to 3500 and work up in 200-500cal increments. SHits hard getting back into the serious game. I remember when my shakes would consist of, mass gainer, turky baster of egg whites, flaxseed oil all in water. Like wtf changed from then till now (that was also 8yrs ago).

I only have time for cardio on Wednesdays and Sundays but build quite a sweat rushing through my workouts at 4am before work. I have not ever looked into ghrp-6 but it looks like exactly what I need. I also think that the medications I'm on don't help either.

From my brief research I saw 100mcg 3x a day. Is that what you've taken?
Have you ever tried to add some cardio in the morning also ghrp-6 helps a loooooot to boost up the appetite

Pins are too damn cheap to risk anything by re-using. That is my opinion, but I would rather fork out the extra cash than run the risk of an infection. IM or Subq the infection is going to suck, and cost you more in the long run. Just no way to keep a slin pin clean after use, and it will be dull as hell..

And that's been my mind set for 20yrs. But Burning through over 100 slin pins a month just seems crazy to me haha. Plus after looking into it diabetics reuse and from a study I found it was inconclusive that reusing slin needles had any added risk aslong as site was clean and it was caped after. It did note that they would not advise more than 3 injections on on slin. I'm most like not going to go this route. It's just a bottle of ghrp-6 cost me 20$ a month and 100 slin pins will cost me 15$ a month. Just seems dumb in my head that I'm spending almost as much to inject as I am on the compound [emoji23].

Thanks brother. Goal is to get my barrel chest back, delts more capped and try to get some kinda size on my legs.

Any input on an ankle friendly leg routine is always appreciated.

I think I'm going to start hooking up to the tens machine while I do my workout to stimulate legs more.

So far this week has been going good.

Vic's dbol has definitely been "pumping me up"

I had to remember to flex my muscle group in-between sets. Forgot some of that muscle memory to get all my fibers firing properly.

Everything is always a work in progress.
Good cycle man stick to it and you should make some great gains.

Sounds like it's been a long time U really shouldn't b trying to force the heavy weights to fast that will just lead to more time off with Injuries.

Can't do squats of any variation unfortunately. Leg press is really the only "compound" leg exercises I can handle. I haven't been out of the gym at all. It has slowed down over the last 2years because of where I was geographically and due to surgery after surgery. But never truly "out". And haha dude I am definitely not going heavy, you should hear me after every set cursing because I can't believe the weight I'm push in comparison to before. I'm all about the quality over volume. So no worries there.

Hey gents so just started second week of my cycle. Had a great 2-hour workout today started at 5 a.m. .

I decided to alter some things for my chest routine by adding dumbbells instead of barbell for my presses. And also deciding to work lower chest than upper chest then middle chest considering those are my lacking areas. I also added side Hammer Strength presses which I completely forgot about until I started watching the new documentary on Ronnie Coleman.

Now for the diet holy f*** was it hard to eat all my meals in their entirety. Tomorrow my gr HP - 6 should be coming and starting that three times a day at 100mcgs. So hopefully that'll help kick-start things.

Now for the gear. Seems to be doing his job nicely the DECA has definitely lubed my joints some and I can feel it being less creaky. The liquid Dbol has been giving me massive pumps. and have already started to see my strength getting back to normal and able to rep 315 again.

I think I'm going to try throwing in tne on my chest back and leg days. Speaking of legs I tried adding some more things but regrettably it caused copious amounts of pain the following day.

I think my ankle pain is just going to have to be something I live with. And it was very humbling to watch Ronnie Coleman still going to the gym and doing s*** even after 8 back surgeries and how decrepit he is from years of training. My injuries aren't that bad so I have nothing to complain about and just a little limp so I'm going to keep pushing through and build my legs back up to standard.

Meal prep last night so hopefully this week I can get all 4000 calories in a day and keep pushing forward.

Definitely packed on a little water weight. I'm sitting around 218 to 220lbs now.

I crashed my estrogen a little bit too hard because I was worried that the ball was going to cause me to have puffy nips again. I was already having a little puffy nips beforehand. But glad to know the adex I have works just going to have to give it a break for a little while haha.

other than that everything's been good I'm looking forward to seeing how this week goes. Goals now consists of better caps on shoulders, deep and back, thickened middle chest, bricking abs, and of course build legs up to par.

I figured out what I can do to take a picture for you all that's not going to expose myself. I'm going to get one of those tight fitting Under Armour long sleeves and after this first month I'll be taking photos for you guys the best I can.

Well Jen some driving away from the gym right now and I guess I'll talk about focus and negative reps. Trying to keep your focus in the gym with a family as a son of a b**** especially when you're trying to f****** dedicate all you have to getting back in the game. I don't know if the two can go hand-in-hand to be honest.

Sometimes you just have those days where you got to cut it short leave early so you don't run your head through the f****** wall.

But something good did come from this work out and that's when I was having trouble getting my back to pump up as much as I wanted and it wasn't until my last exercise where I said f*** it all do pull-ups and couldn't even do 5 pull ups cuz my back was so burn from all my other exercises that I decided to go to the weighted pull up IE the b**** pull up and when I did it was so easy but I felt too lazy to get off and change the way to make it harder that I decided to do negatives and holy s*** that I get the best back pump ever.

so later today I'm going to write up a new workout because I haven't been getting enough chest stimulus from one and a half days of working in a week and I'm going to post up a new routine that I'm looking forward to trying that implements negatives throughout the week.

Quick update, I'm 236lbs now at 16% and just started my 4th wk of the cycle.

Leg press up past 1500lbs for 6-8reps

Will let you know more during my 24hr desk shift tomorrow brothers.

The 10 x 10 is 10 sets at 10 reps correct?? I'm sure it is.. just seems like a lot. How long are you waiting in between sets here? Could you fill me in on why your doing it this way?
