hey guys how much and how often are ya taking it? keeps me going on low cal diet, currently taking 200mg in the morning and 150 afternoon. curious to how much other people take

I drink 2 to 4 cups of green tea a day, but caffeine in pill form i reserve for pre workout and only when i need it. 200mgs usually dose the trick

I only take it when I am cutting and it's 200-300mgs along with aspirin.

caffine with asprin is my trick too 2000 mg drink noz or monster. just read a study in mag .caffine does slihgtly increase your intensety of the workout

i normally drink half a pot of coffee in the morning with my breakfast.. however i drink mio energy before my workouts.. it seems to help and is very cost effective

lol at 2 doses of 200mg/day i don't really notice much with it anymore lol don't crash after but don't feel a jolt of energy either, i def sweat a LOT more on it tho :)

Shit...at least 600mg or more! I drink probably 2 Monsters/Red Bull a day, plus a cup of coffee or two! Not to mention, the preworkout drinks...Damn, I should probably cut back

I tried VPX Friction, which has a lot of caffeine in it. That stuff gave me jitters and an uneasy feeling for hours. I should mention that I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning with breakfast and have been through several jars of N.O. shotgun , so I wasn't expecting it to hit me so hard.

Hey PAIN, is the aspirin for the headache that follows that much caffeine (if you're not a daily caffeinated beverage drinker)? I'm just curious as to why you supplement it with aspirin rather than another NSAID.

Same here (although every day) 200mg with aspirin. Cant handle the E in ECA but the aspirin is an early NSIAD and the caffeine is my bestest buddy.

Wont touch the stuff. Makes me feel crazy jittery, and hate the crash. Makes my heart and BP feel to crazy if im on it before i workout or during workout.

On a day I workout... 6C of Coff - which is probably 400mg there, then 200mg and then another 200mg.. so i'm at 800mg... and if I have a late coffee around five thats probably another 150-200mg...

Sadly probably 1000mg+ some days and still feel lethargic at times.

ouch!!!

You know what you burned yourself there... You gotta stay caff free for a little... It's gonna be tough, or at least lower down. It should never get to that point!

There is something you kill in the brain, I don't remember what but, if you take too much for too long, your signals stop responding, keeping you tired, and drowsy for the day.

2 weeks on/1-2 weeks off.
