Mine has always been keeping a caloric deficit while cutting. If I didn't eat primarily healthy foods, I'd be a fatty.

I don't mind eating low carbs, but having a family makes it difficult to eat that way.

just sticking to a certain amount of calories. I want to eat all the time. I would be a fatass if i didn't want to have a certain body type. Even while bulking i can't get enough food

I hear ya. I am good at not buying crap, but terrible at resisting it if it's in the house.

Im good on dieting with carbs and cals but my rut is trying to get a sixth meal in each day. After sleeping for 8 hours and only having 16 left in the day then the snacks, shakes and water intake all make it hard to also get six meals in. I only usually get 5 on my good days.

Why not just increase the macros for your 5 meals?

Being a chef and having your specialty being, fattening comfort foods. I'm now working on putting a healthy but tasty spin on some of these.
