Here goes,

I am prescribed 200mg of testerone enanthanate a week (been injecting in my quads, it sucks). I also have an unlimited supply of Androgel packets. They are 5mg packets of 1% gel, so I assume they provide 50mg of testosterone USP of per packet. I want to see what I can accomplish with my legally prescribed amounts before I jump into the deep end. I recently acquired 100 count of 50 mg Clomid tablets, and 100 count of Nolvadex tablets (unknown strength, but they are tiny white pills with orange speckles).

I've been on a month, and have seen results, but my joints are hurting. I am willing to incorporate deca for joint pain, but I have no clue what I am doing.

Will applying the androgel three times a week be exactly like adding 150mg of injected test?

Being that I am actually on medically prescribed TRT, I will never go "off cycle"?

How am I supposed to incorporate the Nolvadex and Clomid into my supplement routine?

Looking for a model dosing routine or cycle; or any other advice for that matter.

Thanks in advance to everyone,

Stack the deca (for joints) with test. You will see a BIG difference after about 2 weeks. Also, Clomid and Nolvadex are for PCT (post cycle therepy). They both will help you maintain gains and gets your T levels back to where they need to be. Any others brothers want to add to this? Hope this helps bro!!!

How are you Bro, it's quite possible since this is your first cycle, that your feeling a huge strength increase and your tendons are not able to keep up. Lower the weight for awhile. Being this is your first cycle I would hold off on the Deca. Deca is a very harsh compound for some, plus you would need more supplies to combat potential prolactin issues or the dreaded Deca dick. The nolvadex and clomid are used during pct to jump start your natural production of testosterone. But since you are on TRT and introducing test weekly, pct is not needed. I don't believe you get the full dosage with the androgel, because transdermals lose a big percentage during absorption. I could be wrong. I would stay on this blast, lower my weight a bit, then cruise on my TRT dosage till the next blast.

For me the cycle would be if you had enough test injectable (you need to use it instead of the gel).. You need to be shooting yourself at least twice a week with that..If possible 3 times a week would not hurt..Thats only 600 mgs a week if your test cyp is dosed @ 200 mg per ml..
At 400 mgs weekly you will see some results but not like you would at 600 mgs..And as far as the deca goes its up to you bro..I would suggest you use it because of just what you said about joint paint..Deca is known for just that to releive joint pain and cushion your joints and tendons while you grow at a abnormal rate..
The cycle you are using now is a very low dosed cyle of 200 mgs of inject and 50mg of androgel,in which I consider a low dosage amount..To see gains as one would expect you are going to have to step up your dosage a bit..And the gel will not give you the absorption into your skin you need..
As far a the Nolv and clom dont worry about them..The only reason you would even think about using them is if you started having gyno problems and need them to aid in reducing it...But you could also see your doctor since you are on trt and have them prescribe something for gyno legally to offset it..

on the gel it might be 50 mg but the absorption trans dermal is 20% at best

as said u will get aprx 5-10mg of Test absorption from the androgel - still that's 35-70mgs wk if u do ED, plus hit the Test E 2xwk= 435-470mg -that is a good begginer dose to see how ur body reacts + get in line. (keep the clomid+nolva incase u get some sides -estrogen) I am surprised ur Doc did not give u Adex or HCG for estro.
not sure why ur joints hurt (Patriot may b right) - get plenty of water + try some Taurine (otc)

Keep an eye on ur BP(blood presure) + RBC (red bloodcell count) - long term use of Test can increase ur RBC ( I give blood -"double red blood cells" every 4 months to keep RBC in line).

Thanks for the replies guys, I know it's been a wile, but still looking for advice. I had been just staying on my prescribed dosage, but I saw quite a bit of water retention. I also noticed a blood pressure increase and I think I had alot of estrogen set in, so much so that it killed my sex drive.

I've been off of everything for 6 months which really sucked for the first three BTW. I have been filling my scripts every month, but i have just been stocking up the vials in my closet.

I'm getting ready to get back on, but I really think that my Dr. (female) doesn't really know enough about TRT to give me anything to combat the estrogen, nor have I've never had my red blood cell count checked... ever.

Like I said before, I have clomid and nolva, but I really have no clue how to use them. I already have bitch tit severely in my right chest, and my nipples do hurt every once in a while, but that was from having low T before my TRT started.

I live in a small town and my choices of physicians are very limited. Can someone PLEASE give me definite questions to ask my DR. and suggestions to steer her in the right direction for my appt. next week.

Thanks in advance to all!

The only other thing that i would say is instead of adding the deca to your cycle, try a multi, fish oil, and glucosamine to help combat the joint soreness first. Then if that doesn't work add in the deca. Just my 2 cents.

questions to your doc about getting things to combat gyno and post cycle therapy stuff in my experience has been an absolute failure. they only prescribe what they know, and what they know about using synthetic hormones is very limited. the only time my doc thought to prescribe hcg would have been in replacement of the weekly test dosages, but im not trying to discourage you from asking.

an example of a post cycle therapy using nolva and clomid are as follows using them simultaneously :
wk1 100 mg clomid, wk2 100 mg clomid, wk3 50 mg clomid, wk 4 50 mg clomid
wk1 40 mg nolva, wk2 40 mg nolva, wk3 20 mg nolva, wk4 20 mg nolva

as far as getting something to combat estrogen just look into some research chemical company's that carry say aromasin, but then again nolva use during your cycle can help regulate estrogen as well somewhere around 10 mg dosing a day alongside your typical test dosing.

how big is your gyno comparing to US currency coins, and is there any hard tissue where its located like behind the nipple?

another option is to ask ur pharmacist or a compounding pharmacy to recommend a TRT "Friendly" Doctor - they usual have good info.
