Quite a few things need to be addressed first.

I'm assuming you're on cycle, which means that it's expected for your rbc, hemoglobin, and hemotacrit to be elevated. You can donate some blood or not worry about it and recheck 1 month after pct.

cholesterol is normal for on cycle too, the important part is that it returns to normal after your cycle.

what is the reference range for your t3? HGH will cause a drop in t4 so it's recommended to run a low dose of t4 while on hgh.

how much hgh did you pin? was it IM or subq? how long before blood draw did you inject? How much are you running normally?

what is the reference range for your estradiol? If it's the normal 13-50, then you need to do something asap. I would personally run adex at 1 mg/day until it came down to a normal level.

yes still on cycle

I pinned 10 ius of hgh an hour before sub q to see if my hgh was any good...normally run 5 ius every day

t4 is 3.2 and my range is 4.5 -12
t3 is44 and range is 24-39

estradiol supposed to be 3-70

i have lethro and adex t3 and t4 on hand

thanks for the help

Start an AI ASAP. What compounds are you running?
If it were me, I'd drop any orals that aromatize until the estradiol gets back into the male range.

IMO I think you should have waited at least 3 hours before taking the test-especially injecting subQ

1. For the hematocrit, read this (saved from another board)

Ingestion of grapefruit lowers elevated hematocrits in human subjects.

Abstract
This study was based on in vitro observations that naringin isolated from grapefruit induced red cell aggregation and evidence that clumped red cells are removed from the circulation by phagocytosis. The effect on hematocrits of adding grapefruit to the daily diet was determined using 36 human subjects (12 F, 24 M) over a 42-day study. The hematocrits ranged from 36.5 to 55.8% at the start and 38.8% to 49.2% at the end of the study. There was a differential effect on the hematocrit. The largest decreases occurred at the highest hematocrits and the effect decreased on the intermediate hematocrits; however, the low hematocrits increased. There was no significant difference between ingesting 1/2 or 1 grapefruit per day but a decrease in hematocrit due to ingestion of grapefruit was statistically significant at the p less than 0.01 level.

PROOF

This is something that has worked for me along with proper hydration (note drinking to much water can dehydrate you by eliminating essential minerals).
My RBC on 3/15 @ 1:04 pm was @ 6.04
Hematocrit 54%
Hemoglobin 17.6

On 3/16 for breakfast ate ½ grapefruit along with my usual rye/oatmeal 4egg whites 1 whole egg with a little extra iodized salt for a hydration support.

I repeated this protocol for one week and had another blood draw on 3/23 @ 9:06 am my RBC were
RBC 5.80
Hematocrit 50%
Hemoglobin 17.1

I'm also on TRT, for the last four years.
Yes my BP dropped as my HR did also
Here's a link on grapefruit and lowering hematocrit

2. As for HDL, I'm in the same boat as you. Also doing fish oil/niacin. If you're really concerned, might talk to the doctor about it and get a med to raise it.

3. Estradiol: use an AI for a while then get retested.

I have never had blood work done. I think i will look into it.
