View Full Version : Hgh Dosage/Meal Timing - Cycle Mapping

What’s up guys. I currently follow this train of thought on gh cycles:
1. Wakes up and injects 1/2 of gh daily dosage, takes 100mg T4
2. 30 minutes of biking
3. Eat - eggs, egg whites, guacamole, ezikel bread
4. Meal 2 hours later - same as #6
5. Meal 2 hours later - same as #6
6. Meal 2 hours later - low gi carb, protein, unsaturated fats
6. Preworkout Meal: low gi carb with a scoop of whey
7. Post workout: Pins remaining gh
8. Post workout shake: high gi carb with a scoop of whey
9. Post workout meal (hour after shake): low gi carb with protein
9. Scoop of casein and 5g of gaba before bed

Aside from the obvious supplements (ECAY Stack, multi, fish oil, b vitamin complex, etc) any other supplements to add?
