Starting TRT today! Looking for input

Brothers, I just had my first TRT shot and I want to hear what you guys think about this protocol. Btw this is thru my endocrinologist.

This is what I'm working with:

I'm 31 195 15%bf

Test numbers range from 200-400

Total has been in the low normal range

1cc of test 200 every 2 weeks

2 weeks seems like a very long time to wait. But I didnt argue.

Since these primary care docs dont do AI or HCG, should I add my own AI if my estro climbs up? I want to have kids in the future should I add HCG? I have both if these on hand. I know these decisions should be made on my own. But maybe someone who is dealing with the same or similar situation can chime in and give me some advice. Thanks in advance guys!

I’ve done TRT for years. As long as you have your own bottles at home(which you should), do 1/2 cc (100mg) every 7days. That way you stay on track with your prescription and dr orders. Your physician will do bloodwork and if your numbers are still low or your not feeling the good effects associated with testosterone, you can ask to get it increases to 200mg per week. Make sure it’s Cypionate because the most they prescribe is 400mg every 2 weeks. The Enanthate max is 200mg every 2 weeks. It’s doesn’t make sense but that is the prescribing directions MD’s are to follow.

This is the industry standard and it is a lousy protocol. Do some research and present it to your doctor. Or at least split the dose 200 mg into 100 every week. 200mg every two weeks is a hormonal roller coaster.

Fuck the doctors. I was prescribed the same shit. 200/2 weeks isn’t ideal. 1 week I will be normal the next you will be less than what u are normally..

I take 200/w, maybe 12.5mg aromasin/w
50mg/ provirion/w, and hcg 500/week

That will keep u perfect.

If u want kids, just do 1000 hcg a day, with some clomid, and hmg. Boom

The best protocol there is is Test Prop daily injects....mimics the bodies natural production closest. Its not rocket science and docs fuck it all up.

But Test C or E 2 pins/wk or at LEAST one pin weekly, totaling your dosage, will do the job just fine. You do not need HCG....and ideally u want to get your test numbers on par without needing an AI...but if needed, so be it.

Like Delta said, the best protocol is to find the spot where your test is at its highest but you don't need an ai. For me that number is about 175mgs ew. Some guys take up to 300mgs ew and don't need an ai, everyone converts differently. Doc appointments are good for bloodwork but that's about it. They fuck the entire process up and make some guys feel worse so they give up on it. Good luck.

Im also at 175/wk, Prop, daily pins. Cant remember your dose (half cc/wk ?) but tes, Id get on your own protocol asap....only difference theyll notice in your bloods are that youll show more stable readings...and they wont even know,,to know (get it)

Time wise...check with others, Ive been on Prop for a while and not positive about the time to pull on C or E

Remember...u get what u pay forThanks for the info. I'd love to do it myself trust me. If I had access to cheap bloods I'd do it. My state is the worst. My primary care nurse would run bloods for me no questions asked. But now there is a specialist is involved hed start asking questions. I'm going to split my doses from 200mg/e2w to 100mg/ew. Just ride it out see where it takes me

Now im just waiting to see after 2-3 weeks how I react to the test e. My first pin it took me 30min lol. You would think i was doing a lethal injection [emoji23][emoji23]

I self administer my trt, have been for about a year. I like to pin once a week if I go longer I can feel the levels drop close to time to pin again. Once the supervised injections are up and they send you home with the gear pin every week stay at the same dose (split) until they have you do bloods and once you get the levels where you need you can add a little on your own. Docs like you to keep low test levels and we like to keep them in the 20 yo range.
As for ai I don't have to take any at about the same dose you will be starting with.
When I am cruising I like to keep my test levels lower most of the time. It takes about 175 mg a week to keep my test levels around 6-800 range and I only run that much if I am doing back to back big cycles. I do have to add an ai then. Other Your nipples and mood will tell you what you need.
I just conceived a kid, I only use hcg when the boys are trying to disappear. If kids are a definite thing I wouldn't take chances I would set in stone an hcg protocol. There is plenty of info here on hcg protocols. About once a year is how ofter I use hcg but I am sure the longer I do this the more I will have to use hcg. Keep in mind this is my last kid and I only use hcg now to keep the boys from crawling off into the abyss.
You can't get it perfect until that first blood panel comes back. So just go by feel until then.
