F.I.S.T.Country Style Pork Ribs (Low Sugar)

Ingredients
1/4 tsp. Ground Allspice
1-1/4 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs
1/4 tsp.Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Onion, diced
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1 Dash Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
Combine all dry and wet ingredients. Pour over ribs.
If baking in the oven, cover ribs with foil and bake for 60-90 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
If preparing in the crockpot, cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
