View Full Version : D Bol 10 mg vs 50 mg

Ok I been doing some serious reading on this but the more I read the more I'm confused. I understand the best dosage is 30-50 mg a day but I thought it's best to do 10 mg every few hours if this is the case why do most sponsors only have 50mg caps? And when is it best to take? The middle of the day, right before your workout, or does it really not matter? Is 50 mg to much to take all at 1 time

In college (love the early 80s) A doctor prescribed dbol at 10 mg a day. Great gains in size and stregnth

Thanks bro surprised 10 mg worked for u I've had countless people say 10-30mg is a little bit low

I got pharma grade stuff. 10mg worked great. I am sure higher doses would work better but I followed dosage printed on script

I have/had 1000 5mg tabs + played with the dose to see which worked best for me I found 40mg worked great but honestly 20mg was not too shabby either.

if I had 50mg tabs I would use pill splitter cut it into quarters + split 4x thruout the day.

you can take right before a workout and have a higher peak with one dose, not sustained as long...or, you can split it up and take it twice a day with a less peak but more sustained....I prefer 50mg tab/cap 1 hr before workout or right in the morning....i have split it up before and honestly didn't notice that much difference

spreading out the dose evenly throughout the day is best......

approx. 4 hour half life. So taking it every four hours is prefered

That's what I want to do but I can't seem to get 10 mg tabs just 50 mg caps

When i run d-bol i get 50mg/caps and go to gnc or vitaminshop and get empty caps. i go home empty the caps on a clean magazine or surface (make sure its clean tho, i wipe it down with alcohol wipes) I spilt the d-bol into two piles and cap them both. The idea should both 2 25mg caps, or u can play with the doses. Its alittle shady cause your not 100% on the dosage but its 50 mg a day. Then I take one cap in the morning with food and then one about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the gym.
