high rep, to the point of cramping, every day....

Never dedicated 1 day for strictly ABS. I bet the results would be phenomenal bro!!! Try it out and post some results!!!

the core will train with other parts.if u wanna train them more i would go high reps.i think u should look to diet to develope abs

Hey guys I'm down to that last little layer over my abs any tips? My diets spot on its just taking awhile got pretty out of shape last year but ive lost 2.5" off my waist this year just to give ya some idea of the diet n work ive done haha I'm at around 14%bf looking to get to 10%

I train my Abs 2 times a week and do low reps(with weight). 8-12 reps 3 sets for upper n 3 sets for lower. I do side bends with weight also, but do higher reps...20-25....3 sets each side.

lol..i NEVER train abs, or arms ! im more of a powerlifter..squats - deads - bench..thats it ! when i did a show last year, i just watched my diet and the abs were amazing without one single sit-up...just saying
