View Full Version : Tips for growing quad/hamstring mass??

I'm genetically predisposed to get big glutes, so whatever leg exercises I do--squats, deadlifts, slide--most the impact goes directly to my butt. I look kind of like a stick figure walking around with two melons in his back pockets. Any suggestions for better isolating quads in particular and hamstrings? Thanks.

Idk man try sumo squats with db
Be happy you don't have big legs , mine are 21 inches mid thigh . All my pants are extremely tight in the legs, barely fit a lighter in my pocket .
