Liposomal glutathione

Anybody use this stuff ???

I just bought some randomly due to interest.

I’ve found research showing liposomal glutathione being effective for organ health when the body is in a “stressful environment”.

But I can’t find conflicting studies showing how to dose....dosage/dosage timing ...how many doses a week..ext

Right now I’m on doc prescribed trt and adding in a little Anavar between blood work tests.
I want to see if the LG will protect me while adding in the oral steroid.

Any help or advice would be amazing

Glutathione will absolutely help. But anavar is really clean to begin with. You should have minimal to no issues with it.
