I’m 5’7” 175lbs. Got 315 for the 1st time back in October. Haven’t tried it again since. Was wondering if I could get 400 by the end of the year.

Yes it is

Go to YouTube and search "Jen Thompson bench 101"

Follow it to the letter, you'll get 400 in June.

I'm at 315-325.my goal is also 400

I'm using her form tips and smolov Jr bench routine with hit 30 rep burner sets

It's possible. Get a good program, as mentioned above. Adequate rest as well! Some guys will bench 4 or 5 times a week or more & than get hurt. I was one of those guys... Does no good if you get hurt. Good luck.

Don't judge a book by its cover, she's Natty @132lbs and is benching above our Max.

Follow her tips, benching for numbers is 70% technique and 30% muscles.

Then after you got form rock solid, start with this Bench More to Bench More | T Nation (https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/bench-more-to-bench-more) program.

Being at 315, you probably got ok to decent form, but check out that 40 year old 2nd grade teacher, we can all use some polish to our form or brushing up

After the first video, watch 201, 301, 401, and 501. Then watch some of her lifts.

Also check out Eric Spoto,
He's a good guy to learn technique from as well, not as perfect as Jen, but IMHO, 2nd best

She is the picture perfect bench press movement.

Sure it is doable , just need to add some kgs to your frame and it'd be easy done.

Another YouTube series I found helpful for adding weight to your bench is Kevin Levrones, Levrone report: Dtrive for 405. He gives a detailed run down on increasing your bench weekly, he goes from 315 all the way to 405, check it out good luck.
