In the beginning there was food...and this is where I start being accountable. I cant grow and be as big as I want to be without eating big, smart, and doing it right. So this is my thread for me to track what I eat as good as I can so that I can look in the mirror and back at my progress and say this is why I do what I do.

Thanks for all of the support.

So it begins:

Woke up with a head cold but still have to work and get what I want.

1st Meal 0800 Thursday the 3rd of January 2019
>Shake: 8oz egg whites, 4 ice cubes, 1/2 scoop whey, 2 tbsp all natural 100% peanut butter, frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk. (Unsure of calories or macros-not counting yet)

Note:
1/4/19 I forgot to mention I eat anywhere between 4-8 dried plums a day for fiber, vits, and minerals but probably wont add to this daily logs. Been doing this for about 10 years they are an amazing food.

Was going to eat two servings of potatoes for pre workout meal but I still feel like shit and my breathing sucks from being sick so no go.

Got home from work and my wife set this up for us. Replaced the old crappy menu board with this one. Liquid chalk marker never heard of it or seen one but works awesome. Glad she can cook good and stay home to take care of a lot more than I give her credit for. Amazing woman.

I have to give credit where its due though...my wife shew if it wasnt for her Id be eating ramen noodles and can tuna. She is an incredible woman that is always lookin up different recipes.

Cocoa Pebbles.

Becoming a sick habit. Still low on calories just am not eating the right type of calories. When I start cutting this shits gotta go...but til then muahaha Ill enjoy another bowl with my daughter.

Feelin 90% better from being sick. Still have a slight cough nothing major.

Hiked for 3hrs on river property that is pretty much a straight up mountain with boulders. Awesome activity with the wife. Had a blast, breathed some fresh air, burned some cals and got to plan a ATV trail thats in the making.

Thanks Mike my man! I think I might start adding some training posts and weigh in/ bf measurements. There are a lot of cool and detailed logs out there but Ill get there.

Thanks. Oh man they were awesome. Those big Bellas are underrated. New recipe but the original was supposed to be with spicy sausage which we didnt have. Improvised with beef, turned out great.

Late night workout will be around 11.
Plan to hit chest, arms, calves, maybe traps if I have enough in me. Might edit in some actual sets/reps of what I do I can swing it after my workout.

Been an awesome day full of surprises and positivity even when things are falling apart. I can always look at the positive if I want to I just dont always. Ill be working on this. Got a lot of ppl to thank for this.

Custom Hamburger from our favorite eclectic restaurant for a Saturday-eat whatever the ef i wanna eat-supper.
Local grass fed beef, goat cheese, applewood bacon,homemade bun from local bakery, and whiskey blackberry sauce and some extras.
Hand cut fries with garlic and Parmesan with a special dipping sauce.

Yesterday I just input whatever I ate at that particular time which turned out time consuming. Gonna try to do it today at the end of day...see what works best for me. You do yours first thing of the day right?

yeah... i wake up, have my coffee and punch everything.

give it a couple of days to get into the swing of things and it'll go much quicker. most of my meals stay the same for a while so, it's literally just clicking the same shit over and over.

I use to when I raised a garden and had beets and my juicer but I just buy it now from Aldis. VitaLife Beet Red Cold Pressed Juice good noot profile. I love me some beets.

My grandma makes canned beets and I will drink that juice but its pretty vinegary. Damn I miss my juicer and garden...

About 2-3x a year Ill do a week cleanse with mostly veggie juice and Ill throw some fruit in too. I always feel amazing and ready to roll afterwards; real good for renewing digestive system especially eating a lot of protein.

Oooooh brother do I sure live a little haha. Thanks man and I have no intention on competing; At one time I did but had an injury and decided against it.

One reason Im tryin to lock down on my tracking is to get my body fat down to high single digits low double digits. Between 8-10ish is when I feel the best. Haha but winter time for me is hibernation and eating pretty lenient. Come March Ill def lean up to ab show. Lookin forward to next run so bad cant hardly stand waiting but know I need to.

Its a pain in the arse right now but Ill get the hang of it.

So its pretty cool lookin back at all the times Ive failed horribly...lol which is quiet often. But here is the thing: Im enjoying life. I have my setbacks but Im not gonna tore all to pieces over it. Ill get on track, cut the sugars and nasty carbs, clean it up and will keep workin towards my goal THEN I am taking one hellacious vacation to some warm tropical destination haha. Im no snow bird thats for sure G.

Of course. It takes a bit to adjust.

The plus side on tracking like this. Can have whatever carbs you want. If you want potatoes that day, go for it. Want a serving of pasta, by all means. Want cheese, you can! That's the beauty of IIFYM!

14hrs on a typical day. 24hr fast every other month for a reset/refresh. Ive tried the intermittent fasting too but damn I thought I was gonna die that isnt for me. Lost a lot of body fat though thats for sure.

I do. Its rough at first. But, you get used to it. The longest I've fasted is 22hrs. That was rough. No supplements either.

As my body adjusts to, more cardio, less cals, the hunger will balance out a little. I'll probably add fasting in at the end of February? Start with 8 working up to 12hr then work up to 18hrs.

Kinda on the same subject: I got a superfood blend that Im gonna do my 24 hrs with next month in Feb. Plan is to come off my fast and just do superfoods blends and juicing for another 24-36hrs. Do bodyfat, weight and tape measurements before and after to see the effects. I always feel reset when I do a 24 hr one not to mention the health benefits backed by it.

Please keep me posted if u do the fast id like ur input and thoughts on it while ur going through it. Hope it works well for u in Feb/March!

To this point I havent followed any training routine. I would just go and lift what I felt like I needed to.

I will be following a new training regiment as of today. Its the basics of Mike Mentzers HIT training method and tweaked by Dorian Yates and will be tweaked slightly according to what works best for me due to injuries etc.

1. Working split of 4 days
2. Cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-25 minutes on non-training days.

700cal over maintenance for 8 weeks. Followed by 300cals over maintenance for 8 weeks. High carbs on heavy training days. Low carbs on no weights or easier workouts.

Straight up I suck at keeping track of cals, protein, fat, and carbs. I need to really keep track of calories if nothing else but hell I dont even do that much.

Wife said I looked like I just worked out after eating that cheat meal man. Carbed up right now I really might go get some type of workout in Id hate To waste it. Calves and arms maybe.

Vitamin Shoppe had a good deal on my favorite protein cookies so picked up a couple boxes. Comes out to around $1.50ish a cookies. If yall havent tried these guys out I recommend doing so. Best tasting cookies, other than the sugary buttery homemade ones, Ive ever had. Many flavors to choose from. Good nutritional profile also.

Feelin pretty tight from this cycle. body is taking well to mod dose of lean mix. Including green tea before bed due to antioxidants among so many other benefits like boosting metabolism/fat loss. Ive noticed a difference in the week Ive included. Stomach looks and feels tightened in the morning.

No work or workout today. Cardio for 30 min before bed. Tan daily. Nutrition on point...for now.

Thanks ace. Honestly if it wasnt for my wife Id be living off of ramen and tuna haha. I grew up not having dad/son memories so I wont allow that to happen with my girls. The kitchen is a super fun way to connect with the kids!

no meal planning yet but I know how much I need and stay somewhat clean

1. Natty Test levels are back: nutz are full. Was on cycle for 10-11months and it took 4 months to recover.
2. Was 265lbs 18%bf
3. Ended at 235 Now @ 240lbs 16%bf
4. PCT was Exemestane 10 days 1 month after last pin. After that Nolv EOD til I ran out.
5. Month 3 was bottom but didn’t last long
6. Ate like crap off cycle and only worked out as I could but still did cardio and worked like a dog
7. Rededicated myself to God and back in the Bible still failing every day but at least there is an end to madness

Been hitting gym 4 days a week for a month. Miss not being sore ��

Ampin up cardio and upping weight

Nailed it and right you are. Been a wild ride off the saddle. Baby steps for me right now. Just being consistent in the gym and with my cardio for a bit. Then tighten up routine til I max out then add some nice (help) to tee it off.

Im testing the waters with that proviron but it is doing ok for now. I have had issues before on it with aggression and cardio fucked up

Im open for suggestions. The reason I am doing low dose test is that my body responds good with it especially when Im not lifting heavy or eating a lot. When I add NPP, Test P, Mast then I will be hitting that 500-600mg Test range maybe more.

I actually dont like Dbol that much. I respond 10x better to Adrol than Dbol. But I have a few pops left until Im out. So then Ill be weaving into the Winstrol and Anavar for a little bit. Then will take a cleanse break and hop on that clean bulk stack I like so well.

By this point Ill have my weight building set up and will be ready to roll.

I remember u have some awesome knowledge and experience. Anything you think I need to look at?

Ive noticed that Proviron helps a lot with Dbol and Adrol effects for me. I think the science behind it is more like it adds to the effects of whatever compound you use. Especially estrogenic. I take prov+cialis+TNE and Im good for hours man I love the stuff as far as that goes.

I will definitely be bumping it up to 500-600 migs no problem and I cant wait to throw in some NPP. I like it better than tren really.

Well thats why Im here: to get some advice and share some experience to compile it in my tiny brain and make a call.

As soon as I lean up a little more Im going to start a clean bulk log with some pics and details. Let everyone know how my experiment and experience goes along the way.

Last Night:
late night shoulder and trap routine focusing on squeezing at top, triceps extensions overhead, signing papers on car, beef rotell queso and chips, bourbon before bed with vanilla bean ice cream.

This morning:
Slept in a bit. Feel refreshed and tight. Stomach isnt bloated and is flat. I only work 3x12s at night right now so the other 4 days are pretty lenient. Will be adding an extra supplemental job in the mix soon if interview goes well.

249.6lbs
BCAAs first thing upon wake.
30min stair stepper fasted

Breakfast was Bowl of Raisin Bran w/fairlife 2percent milk

Lunch will be leftover taco meat stir fry veggies

Supper will be SoCal Fish Tacos mahi mahi with homemade fish sauce on corn tortillas. Gotta have tajin seasoning. No limes on hand unfortunately but leftover pico, avocado diced and hot sauce will be the bomb regardless.

3 fillets of Mahi Mahi cut into strips

Separate into bowls (3)
2c flour add salt and pepper
1c panko crumbs
3 large eggs whisked

Heat oil to fry

Dredge fish in flour then egg then panko then fry until gold. Turn. Drain pat and serve

I lightly oil corn tortillas and griddle them if I dont have a grill with flames to toast.

Use any recipe for pico its stupid easy. I use Roma tomato, cilantro, jalapeo seeded , onion, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice.

Diced ripe avocado on the side to add

The sauce I threw together: sour cream, tajin, Mexican hot sauce

I dont add cheese unless its a special type.

Ive been looking into DHB too but have never tried. Seen many ppl and heard of a lot of ppl that have liked it. Compared it to Tren and EQ.

The only time Ive had a crazy side is when I mixed tren and NPP among some other stuff. But I typically dont have to use an AI. Ill incorporate nolva if Running heavier

Decided to change some things up til the outbreak is over and things settle down so I get get some weight training in. I have a few weights and a bench but am needing to have that gym time that most of us enjoy. Thats our damn place to get away and be in charge of this flesh. May not have any control over when we die but we can work to become better daily.

People seriously underestimate the fat and calorie burning effects something as simple as a brisk walk can do let alone years work or playing with your kids. I would consider these things cardio 100%.

Man I just love being outside. Id go crazy if I had to solely do cardio in my basement or gym. Ive got a few acres to jog around now and work up but when I lived in a condo I was pretty miserable cause i was limited to the gym. Bad neighborhood too.

Do what ya like to do right that whats its all about not just following someone elses routine and lifestyle. Its my life Im in control of this flesh while Im healthy enough to [emoji123]

I’ve never raised any but have been researching it and plans for building a jacked coupe

I don’t think it’s cheaper to raise them if u include feed but I’d still like to raise them.

I raised them for years and am getting ready to start again. It's not cheaper, but you know where your food comes from. It's also a good teaching aid for kids.

Im excited about it. I keep old pallets that I get for free (great craft wood for the family and friends) and may end up posting my build for it if I make the time.

Dont have any experience with miniature horses do ya? Lol daughters want them and a carriage too.

Evening cardio last night about 30min stairs

249lbs

Fasted cardio 30min this morning.

Made pancakes for the kids for breakfast and some for the dogs. Ive gotta be careful with carbs I keep telling myself. I know what they will do to me and my stomach if I am careless.

Breakfast:
Egg white and oat pancakes
Sugar feee syrup

Lunch:
Egg white and Pb shake

Supper:
Cauliflower rice
Chicken and steamed veggies

Bedtime:
Special K cereal

Chest Feeders before bed

Had stopped weight training for about 6months. Was at an unhealthy weight and began focusing on cardio to feel better. Been easing into weight training a little bit at a time so when the gyms open back up I will be more ready than not.

Still my plan is to get up to 260lbs from 245lbs and still be able to see my abs.

3hrs sleep actually feel pretty good

Did end up with carbs last night. Hamburger and tots from Sonic. Felt amazing for two hours then crashed. Had to be revived by Copenhagen and Folgers.

Laying off egg whites for two days eating some red meats then pop back on salmon and chicken. Pounding veggies and some fruits.

I know I know [emoji17] went all in and got the family meal 12 piece fish and chicken, hush puppies, fries, slaw. I personally had two piece of chicken, piece of fish, three pups, and 1/4 c slaw. But on sundays we just dont cook much anymore but hell we knew what we were messing up. Just glad we banged before eating supper [emoji28]

Im cherry garcia all the way with their ice cream. Aldis has a good version too. Im cracking my homemade ice cream maker out today and getting all the stuff for homemade cherry garcia next week. Ill post my process and end result its amazing.

Saturday starts something just insanely great. At least I think its Saturday...

PED History: Abuse of nandrolones and trenbolones. Mild, often broad range oral usage. Used to cycle and have been ON for 8 months or so. Had came off before with failed PCT due to impatience. Right before that I stayed on a hard cycle for a year flipping and flopping compounds grew like a weed. Screwed my ability to PCT as fast as I knew it would have the more cycles that pass. There are a few compounds I havent tried and probably wont.

Continuing:
Platinum powder potency test continues
Keep diet cleanish-achieve fat loss goal
Be positive
Bump up training intensity

Thinking about:
TRT dose on Sustanon. Maybe 125mg 2x week. Reassess after 4.
PCT with my typical protocol

One thing I easily forget is the value of TIME. I ask myself what am I occupying my time with the most? Who am I spending the most of that time with?

Most of us here have a good life. Some ppl are going through some tough times as we all have. Some worse than others and more often.

First time I had orange chicken actually. The area I travel through hasnt been effected by the BS so when Im working I stop by there on occasion. Panda Express was my second time ever eating there. Pretty decent.

Most places around here have carry out/curbside pickup available. Seen a five guys last week with normal operations ppl inside sitting down to eat.

Definitely. Lets bring Yellow Gold Back!! I always buy the 4 way stretch denim{so much freedom of movement}. Someone on BOP mentioned Levi 501s and I almost laughed! I have not been able to fit in 501s since 9th Grade. Velour is where its at!! Im gonna go hang out in City Center, Dublin or Bensonhurst (NY) Lol! [emoji1787]
