Possible Infection?

So I’ve been doing Im injections for a little over a year now and have never had any issues, I’ve tried to be as clean and sterile as possible. I injected my thigh as usual but After a couple days it became swollen and has cause a decent deal of pain. Hurts to walk etc. it doesn’t seem to be getting better or worse just kind of staying swollen and hurting. I figured it would go away but now over a week later and it’s still swollen and hurting. Is this somewhat common or should I be concerned. No discoloration or fever or anything like that, just painful and swollen. My friend said this has happened to him before and it just went away after a few days but that doesn’t seem to be the case for me. Any input would be great!

Have you used the carrier oil that was in the product before? Is it warm to the touch?

What was the compound?? If I pin test prop it cripples me for a few days.. sometimes it’s hot to the touch... but if you don’t have a fever or swollen or itchy I would put some cold compression on it and hang tight for a few more days if it dosnt go away go see a dr be honest and they will give you some antibiotics.

Yes I’ve used this carrier oil before, I’ve used almost the entire vial and this was the 2nd to last shot in this vial.
it is decently swollen but is not warm to the touch. Very sensitive to the touch tho and causes decent pain if pressed on.

Compound was test e, not itchy just swollen and painful.I’m really hoping it just goes away cause I don’t really want to have that conversation with my dr. Lol? But health and safety is number 1 so push comes to shove I’ll have to, just hoping to avoid that.

Since it's not new to your body and just now showed up after you used so much already I think the likelihood is greater than not that it is an infection.

I pinned my quads 100x. Sometimes as much as 3ml. Then one day I pinned 1ml of Npp/Tpp 150/150. My leg swelled to double it’s size and my foot looked like a rubber glove full of jello. That was the last time I did it. Three days later Dave Palumbo posted a rant about thigh injections saying that everything can be fine then...one day.....
A swollen glute is tough enough to deal with. A swollen leg? Miserable!

Mine took over a week to clear.
