Wanting to cut a good bit of weight before starting the next cycle. Was wondering how everyone finds out their daily caloric requirements and which one you use because there are a hindred different calculators. The most recent told me I use 3600 calories at a day at my body weight which is crazy and can not be true. Looking for some help and advice

There are online stuff that helps, you can also find a place that does metabolic , they usually do testing via a vo2 mask. It reads output gasses and will tell you what you require and what percentage of what you burn...

My resting is 2736 calories, I burn 86% fat 14% carbs...

Then add all the cardio, hiit, lifting and crossfit and my daily needs are in excess of 4200 to maintain..
So we knocked a bunch of running and spin classes out for now
