I'm currently on trt and the results are night and day and very obvious to our marriage and relationship in a positive way. My wife asked me what's comparable for women and I really don't have an answer. Obviously it's not my protocol so I figured I'd come here and ask. Thanks in advance for the help

The quick answer is nothing. Many women get positive effects from small doses of Cialis, like 5mg.
If she is willing to go down that road, 10mg of Test Cyp or enanthate will turn many women into total horndogs. It’s not without risks though.
Strenuous exercise is a great way for women to boost testosterone production naturally.

I put a couple women on a vaginal test/estrogen cream and it increases their sex drive quickly. It’s tricky with women?!

It's not for sex drive, that's not the issue. It's for the other benefits like general feeling of wellbeing, energy, fat loss. Basically trt but in a women's form.. I'm completely ignorant to what if anything is available. She wants to feel 22 again like the rest of us lol except we can get it done with test

It does all of the above, it’s completely researched based and approved in US. She can talk to her PCP or ob/gyn. She can also try bio-identicals. Good luck brother

Just like us guys, a lot is going to depend on her current hormone levels. Age will play a big factor too. A lot of women get their blood work done through their doc and are prescribed some type of estrogen therapy. Like I said though, depending on her age. If AAS is more or less the route you're looking to go, the first thing that comes to my mind is var. Low dose var typically works great for women with minimal sides. Other compounds, especially test, you need to be very careful. Last thing you want to do is run into virilization issues. I've seen it and for some women it's very detrimental to their confidence. Some women tolerate different dosages of certain compounds well, while others don't. I've seen many guys over the years put their wives/girlfriends on a small dose of test and a lot of them get great benefits. While others, obvious virilization sets in. Just like us, women are going to respond differently to various dosages. Whatever you decide to do, start low.

My wife has been on Test Cyp at a dose of 10mg every Monday and Thursday for quite some time. The results are night and day when it comes to dropping weigh and cutting fat. She is very active in the gym. We have experienced no real side effects at all , no deepening of the voice , no manly chiseled features , NOTHING BUT AN ENLARGED CLITORIS!!! I don't think its anything to worry about , in fact she is way more sensitive down there (SQUIRTS LIKE A HOSE SINCE STARTING) and claims she likes it , if she likes it , I LOVE IT!!I must say though she is also on Clen and the combo is working wonders for her.
