Looks solid to me bro except I noticed there weren't any deadlifts in the routine . Deads are probably the close 2 nd best workout period.I wouldn't leave them out.is there s reason why you didn't include them?

well i've actually been talking to another guy on s-f about that and I'm going to swop dead lifts for hyper extension and bent barbell rows for cable rows. i have no excuse other than i was feeling lazy when i wrote this workout haha any other advice bro?

I like it, and I think the macros are good. I would just watch the weight closely and make sure you aren't losing too fast to minimize muscle loss. I second the suggestion to add deads. That's a shitload of gear.

haha i think i'll drop the tbol, i was running test e with the primo for 5 weeks b4 i threw the mast/prop/tren blend in there so yeaaa i think it might b a good idea to drop the tbol and just run the blend and primo for the rest of the cycle I'm in week 6 of primo and starting 8 weeks of blend and primo :)

Well the workout is diff than I've ever done and wanted to see if that looks good for cut cycle

I think the best program for a cut is one that is the best for building mass. My reasoning is that if it's effective for building mass, than it's probably effective at retaining mass during a caloric deficit. I like your program, but I would incorporate a ton of intensifiers like drop sets and rest pauses. I try not to over think this part, just go all out and throw in a bunch of intensifiers randomly.

Note: I don't have any actual proof that this is the best way to cut, I'm just going off of experience and theory.

thanks man, i super set quite a few of the less intensive items and do jump ropes between upper body sets to intensify my workout
