Hey guys, was looking for a new workout and wanted some critiques on this one i found.
Current cycle is per week:
350mg prop
350mg tren a
350mg mast p
600mg primo
350mg tbol
currently 6' 230 lbs 13%bf and cutting diet at the moment:
macros per day:
70g fat
250g protein
150-200g carbs
