What does it mean for a homebrew to crash?

I made my first two batches of homebrew test prop and eq and for some reason I don't think it's working. I took my third injection today and was waiting to experience the prop pain but I haven't experienced it on any injection. Usually when I inject 1cc of sustanon I can feel the effects of the testosterone propionate within a few hours... the increased sense of well being and increased strenght. Did I do something wrong?

First Brew: Last Week
eq: 31.80 oil, 15g powder, .50ba for 50ml@300
test prop: 39.96oil, 5g powder, .50ba/5.00bb. for 50ml@100

I threw the first brew out because I didn't think the brew could be saved!


Second Brew: Last Night

Eq: 10g powder/41ml oil/1.5ml ba/ for 50ml@200
Test Prop: 5g powder/36.25 oil/7.5ml bb/2.5 ba/ for 50ml@100

I did 1cc of each in the same pin last night and I have no pip as of yet.

P.S. I even added an extra 2g to both of the second brew just to be on the safe side.
