Ulisses Jr stays pretty shredded year round.
I am well aware alot of it has to do with genetics.
Besides diet, genetics, and sick work ethic, I wonder how his blasts and cruise look?
I know we can specilate allday, but maybe someone here with similar build could elaborate.
I know diet is key to being built like that and staying lean. He may be simply maintaining and refining.
I am sure there is some hgh use.
I read his stats are Born 1976, 5'10", 205-215lbs. Not sure of accuracy.

I am considering going for this look. Something like a male stripper look but a little more bulk.
So that even when you have clothes on, you look strong and like you lift.

Story Time: regarding genetics and natural ability
I can neither confirm nor deny I work in a prison as an officer, but I can tell you there are dudes that also stay ripped year round.
Their diets are high in sodium from alot of the food they eat. They just drink alot of water.
Their diet is also alot of carbs. They can get protein powder from "store", but many can't afford it because they don't have anyone putting money on their accounts.

All my years of working at multiple facilities, I have never found, or know anyone who has found, oral or injectable AAS.
There testosterone is probably a little higher than normal due to dominant posturing on a daily basis.

There is a guy that has been in Administrative Segregation for about 6 months. They get 3 meals a day. They eat in cell. They only come out for shower every other day, but are escorted, in cuffs, by two officers, to the shower. They also get yard every other day, but its in a small cage that has pullup bars. They don't get food from store. So food is limited. He does do trades and trades some soap or toothpaste for a cake or something from another inmates tray. Instead of taking a shower, he sometimes trades a shower for an extra hot tray that has the main meal.
This dude came in sort of small. After 6 months he literally has one of the best bodies in the facility. Ripped, muscular, small waist. He looks like he can compete right now with no prep.
He only does calisthenic movements and adds intensity by doing reps slow and controlled for longer time under tension. He says he doesn't like using weights because the movements feel more natural doing calisthenics and lifting weights he would have aches and pains.

There are dudes that look small, but when they take their shirts off to workout, they are fucking shredded and it actually creates the illusion they are big.
If you were to see them workout, you would be like WTF.
Many don't do full reps, but more of a pumping motion. This keeps constant tension of course, because there is no lockout and rest.
Anyway... rambling on as usual lol.

Well, being on the opposite side of the fence (literally), I have spent most of my adult life inside prison walls. I can completely relate to this. I was almost always exclusively in maximum security units. All we ever had was pull-up and dip bars. No way were they ever going to give us access to weights like the lower security yards. But I have to say that I was always in better all around shape while in prison. Even with shitty food and high sodium like you said from all the fucking ramen noodles and dehydrated beans I was always more ripped than I am now with great food, free weights and gear. Push ups, pull-ups, dips, lunges, squats with someone sitting on your shoulders, and tons of fucking burpees for cardio. Works amazing. However like you stated, there is an element of danger at all times. Always on the lookout for enemies and the stress of having to be ready to defend yourself I also believe leads to a higher amount of natural hormones. I truly believe our bodies adapt to our environments. I don’t know if I would be in the same condition doing all those things out here in the real world. Especially eating those shitty foods. Life is cushy out here. It would be an interesting experiment though.

Agreed. If you read my signature that quotes Dallas McCarver... that is the answer. Consistency.
You had pretty much the same schedule every day. Day in and day out.
When I would deploy as Infantry, we would do "on the hours". For 8 hours of the day every hour we would do 10-15 pull ups, 30 pushups, 30 situps, walking lunges a certaim distance, 30 bodyweight squats, 30 arm circles to prefatigue shoulders, 30 arm weight side laterals, 30 arm weight overhead presses.
Stayed ripped no matter what we ate.

Regardig Ulisses Jr. he seems to do supersets frequently, or giant set, keeping aerobic level higher. I do that around summer. I may just incorporate it more often even during bulking.

I think that's a great idea actually. I think when it comes to bodybuilding, that we sometimes forget how great bodyweight exercises really are. And also how difficult a person can make them. My children are of the ages where they want to lift weights. But I've made it a point to make them work on bodyweight exercises first. I really believe that if you can't first handle your own bodyweight, you really should master that first. They are getting damn good at dips and pullups. I think so many people starting out head right to the lat pulldown and the bench press yet they can't even do a pullup, dip, and barely any pushups. Shit, you get good at those 3 movements, you can build a pretty fantastic physique with just those. More so than any machine. I'll tell you who always impressed me in the prison yards the most, were many of the Hispanic gangs. Those guys could do burpees for hours. I would put them up against any of the crossfit people that they show on tv. Insane cardio endurance!
