Hey everyone. My wife is interested in doing a womens amateur competition in the next few months. She has never done a competition before. We live in the Dallas area and she would like to do something more for starting to get on stage and experience and less than for actual competition. If anyone has any suggestions for something that would be good for her to start at that would be great. Neither one of us has competed before and has mainly just worked out for fun and to just be healthy. She's healthy and fit but not big muscularly but has some muscle. I think with whatever she sets her mind to she would look great at but it may be a stretch for her to go for a bigger muscular competition. Any suggestions her for to start researching???
