looking to bring the inner thighs up to par with the rest of my legs, quads , hams, and outer legs are pretty big. but after dropping so much bodyfat over the years my inner thighs got alot of extra skin and lacking size, makes my legs look bowed in or deformed, any way to isolate them and catch them up?

yes, if your gym has the abducter machine for inner/outter thighs works great !

Wide stance leg press works for mass.

yes, this works well. I started using the abducter machine when I had a groin/inner thigh injury a few years back. ouch that hurt.

machine for inner, looks like this:

i'll give that abducter machine a shot, never even looked at i always see fat chiks on it. thought it was tightening hips.

the wide stance leg press and sumo deadlifts built my outer legs fast. might have to add a 3rd day to legs to isolate them.

sumo squats works the best for me but when you come up you have to throw your hips slightly forward
