I use this and it works wonderfully well with all the different chat networks out there. Its great as it has all your contacts in one place and accessible through one client interface. The only shortcoming is in file transfers, but that is not a big issue for me as I rarely need to send/receive files

As I work from home at times, the Sametime connectivity is great so I can IM my coworkers, end users and boss whenever working on an issue
