Was 235lbs 10% bf last year - Will post pictures of then and now

Last Cycle was August - Tore my Pec Minor, I battled on trying to work around injury and fucked my shoulder. Havnt been to the gym in 2 months !!!

Im badly out of shape but muscle memory will kick in - Pec has recovered shoulder 90 %

currently cruising Test C 250mg, GW and HGH

1g Sust
600mg Tren Hex
Dbol-Mtren Pre WO Injectable 90 mins 50mg/500mcg
Proviron
GW501516 20mg ed
HGH 3.3 ius ed / Pharma grade

All brewed by me except the HGH :bbedr:


Will be doing 6 day split for first 30 days

Yesterday Day 1

Pinned 1cc Dbol-mtren 50mg/500mcg 90 minutes pre WO
300mg Hex and 500mg Sust

Intra WO 10g Leucine, 5g Creatine couple of bananas

Chest and Tris - 90 mins
Forgot phone so don't have log of exactly what I did

Chest
It's been 2 months so didn't want to go to crazy.. Stayed away from bench, hit cables from all angles and pec/deck for additional flys

Tris
Rope, V bar, dips, reverse Hammers

Nice and sore today so hit all the right spot.. Shoulder feels ok

Just pinesd Dbol-mtren 15 minutes ago so off for back session shortly

Diet on track 4k cals

Saturday Back
Yesterday shoulders and bi's
Today rest
Tom legs - Woukd have done them today but quads a bit sore for punning 3cc either side on Saturday

It's been 2 months so again nothing to heavy no DLs - Some decent one arm row and wide grip lat pull downs. Injured Shoulder is holding up well and feels about 95%

Weights off about 20-25% not bad.. Will start doing proper log shortly but WO consist of 3-4 Exercises per body part 5 sets..i have a dedicated back day which is 5-6 Exercises

Diet spot on
