recently started a cycle of anavar, taking 100mg throughout the day. does anyone have any advise on what would be the best length of time to stay on it?

my rule of thumb for orals is no longer than 4-6 weeks with anavar fitting the 6 weeks and orals that are more harsh fitting the 4 weeks, i also recommend liv 52 for liver support and ALWAYS run test even if a low dose with any oral, they will shut down your natural test and hinder gains

I'd say 6-8 weeks max. They saw var is not too bad on your liver, but its still toxic and no way around that.

I agree with above liv 52 is solid for some liver support, I also like NAC. and I would also want to run test with it if I could for the duration of your var.

I've never gone past 6 wks simply for my livers sake. Doesn't matter which compound

curious, but what is the highest mg that you could take for VAR? I've read that you NEED to take atleast .4mg per lb. (.4 x body weight) in order for VAR to work properly

Can't say from experience but gonna pass second hand information along. Seems most things I've read has said over 100mg isn't worth the price/gains.

Var's actually a fairly benign aas, it's acually prescribed to aids patients and people with ''wasting'' away diseaes, ie cancer. Personaly I don't think you'l get much outta a 4 or 6 week run . Jus my opinion tho.

You could go slighly longer then six weeks, more is asking for trouble though.
