Morning boys.

I will be continuing my journey across borders now. BT was kind enough to give me this opportunity. So, back at it boys. You know the drill.

I might not be as active as I was in the past. I will do my best just, a lot of life things going on so, checking in sometimes might be a little difficult.

I'm still in a cutting phase. I don't know if it's working but, I'm told I am dropping bodyfat, who knows?

Cardio 5 to 6 x a week at the moment just upped it up to 25 min sessions. Macros, about 1730 to 1750. And roughly on the same split until I see a doctor about my knee and shoulder... which might be a few months. weighing between 165lbs and 170lbs.

Currently using 10mg of BT Var. I will be dropping down to 5mg in a few weeks. Lets see if I can maintain my size while, dropping bodyfat.

and, of course, starting point picture. taken last week. haven't had a chance to really take a picture this week.

Yesterday, I just did some negatives and then a set of speed. Last time I did deads, 315 for 2 sets of 6, I think. I gotta start writing my shit down again. I'd have to ask my guy, he probably remembers... I want to pull 405 for 1 by xmas. My over all goal this year. I'll start working on that in the summer. I should be able to get it or close to it. Once I get some injuries checked, I'm working with someone to help hit the goal

But seriously. My left knee is trashed and my forearm is so bad, I'm avoiding using my phone. I could barely grip for back on Wednesday. I was in about tears again.

still feeling the sibutramine... i did rearrange some of my cals.. took out some PB and added a egg. which brought me to like, 1670 calories. i'm not lifting this week so, i don't see the point of being close to 1800 calories.

So, today I finally noticed the changes in my body.


I am going to continue with just maintaining where I am at for a little bit. i took those few days off from the gym and squated today and I wasn't happy with my squat sucking ass. got 235lbs for 8. should've been hitting that for 10.
anyways, half hour of cardio, squats and some stiff legged deads with shoulder raises and upright rows. nothing too crazy yet. still gotta take it easy with my knee.

I used to regularly do them but with the back pumps from hell I havent been deadlifting or rack pulling. My energy is low atm. But i should try to get something going again. First I have to comment on my Homie Big Perk.. A Dog shitting a peach pit... WTF. Were do you come up with this shit..HAHAHAHA. I don’t know how it is in the jungle amongst female lionesses, but in the Testosterone filled world of who wants to be a BIG Dog, you are only as big as your Bench. I was telling Perk the other day that in order to grow your bench you have to train it at all different levels. Top half of the movement , bottom and middle. Also your lats and tri’s take most of the work. Back In day when I was borderline Psychotic.. I use to train in a prower rack. I set the safety’s at all different hights and trained that way. I would put alot of weight on the bar set the Saftey six inches down from the top and pound out a set of 20. The bar is only moving 6” but you are training it in the top end. Great for tri growth and strenght. Dead stops in the rack. Set the safety’s half way. Load the bar up lay it on the safteys and press up. Don’t worry about holding the negative just let it come down fast and stop. Relax you lasts and delts and press again.. by relaxing your body and engaging all those muscles all over again you are gonna be activationg your whole shit. Believe me this is not for the faint hearted. Straps are all good for dead’s and pull downs. recently in my old age of 41 ish and a 1/2 did I start using straps. And I only use them on Pull ups. It takes the pressure off my forearms alot... For me @ 260 pounds I need all the help I can get. But shit when I am getting sets of 20 it’s all good. Anyway Gymprincess, I am way of on a ore workout fuled high. back to deadlifting.. back pumps do suck. I can remember doing a set and having to lay flat on the gym floor like a freak to get them to go away. When I eat a lot of anavar, which I am about to start doing again In The next few weeks along with some good ol winny tabs they will be back. The only way to get rid of them is to muscle thru them.. grind it out and cry later.. Beside Gym princess from the looks of your Avi, you’ve done plenty of dead’s in your life. I am sure I am not telling you anything you don’t know.

Just some side notes for myself:

Still no period. it's been since October 2018
Acne, getting better.
voice, calming down
sex drive, still... I don't know.. not as fuckin high but, hasn't crashed yet.
hair, breaking, like crazy. i don't know if that's my own doing or, gear related. time for a cut, my ends are horrible
hmmm... i've been anxious the past few days. but, not gear related.
nose bleeds... not everyday but, still getting them, those are not gear related. I don't know if i mentioned my in my previous log about them but, i am seeing a specialist next month, i want it cauterized. I also have a xray booked for my knee and shoulder and a ultrasound for my shoulder this up coming wednesday.

i haven't weighted myself, i will tomorrow morning. and, i guess i am fasting now since, my calories have gotten so low, my last meal was pretty much at eight and, i won't have breakfast until like, 7 - 830am.

I am dying until my body adjusts, itll get better. Last night was horrible last meal at 8. Then my guy and I talking about food. I cracked and had like 8 mini rice cakes. Then I noticed this morning, I forgot my second serving of yogurt yesterday. Stupid me.

Anyways. Off to do just cardio again today. My forearm is still really bad. I wanna give it another day before I hit back and chest. Itll go through hell for back.

I am taking today off from the gym. play date today and, i typically do not go on saturdays anyway. for some stupid reason i thought it was sunday lol

i did however, wake up in a lot of ovarian pain. i don't know if my period is coming? ovulating? or dehydration. i however, took some t1s, chugged a fuck ton of water, laid back down for 45 mins and i feel much better. still a little crampy but, manageable/tolerable pain now.

weight this morning 163lbs.

late, late start to my day but, that's okay, don't have much to do.

The var will keep your pumps up while you are eating low cals. The last time I took anavar my pumps were ridiculous. Are you taking all at one s, pre workout or split 5mg doses. Just curious

yeah, i know about the pumps... i just took some time off and swapped labs so, this is the first real workout on BT var, so, i am happy.

i've been riding var since september, at least.

i take all my var preworkout, no sense in, splitting the dose. in my opinion, i don't see the purpose of, spiking my levels up, as they come back down and go back up. sounds like a roller coaster. i do my best to time everything around the same time, everyday. just to have that consistency. always take it with coffee.

I guess with all the shit that's going on in my life, I have been strong enough to keep my head straight and keep going. And hitting goals. UPDATE:

Just a little update since my freakout.

So, since BTRep and I spoke. dropping var for a little was in my best interest. It's been a week? I think maybe a week and a half? I'm not sure. I'm still shedding but, not as much as I was 4 weeks ago. It's calmed down. I'm sure my body was just trying to tell me something. That i was dumb as fuck for being on var for 8 months. I think just being stressed with life my body wasn't producing enough "stress hormone" as my dentist called it. resulting to hair loss. who knows?

I've done blood work. Routine blood work because, you know, getting a hormone panel was too much. Something is up with the kidneys.

FUCK, ontario health system. Or, fuck this communist fuckin health system. I'm beyond pissed at this point with everything that's been going on. When I did my blood work, I also signed up for it to be posted online and, it was posted about 12hrs later. I saw, and still can, see my results but, I can't self diagnose but, what i can say is, I need more fuckin tests! The next day, I had a doctors appointment. This was also scheduled pap. so, i do the dreaded pap. after everything, he tries to pull my blood work up and he doesn't have it. Another fuckin week of waiting. Here is the best fuckin part. Best part! This motherfuker used a expired bottle for my pap SOOOO.... Now. I have to do it over again. He hasn't called to reschedule the pap. Nor do I want to do it because!!! I'm so irritated. Like, i am ready to go to the walk in to get medicine for whatever the fuck he did to me down there. Oh! and, to top it off, when we were done the check up part, he even asked if i wanted to do the pap today like, yes motherfucker that's why i am here!!! holy shit!!!

I've had nothing but a wonderful trip down the old canadian health system. it's been nothing but long waits and fuck ups. what else will happen? i start having kidney failure and pray to god i don't die while waiting. Faauck me!

So, i'm still using sibutramine as I need it. I don't like using it everyday. I took it yesterday, I still feel it in me enough today. As of this morning i was 161lbs. I've really been focusing on cardio this week. I upped my time to 32 mins. Today if I can get to the gym, I will do my best to hit 35mins. my macros: 104g Carb, 50g Fat, 179g protein for a total of, 1608 calories. I think I'll stick here for another two weeks and see where that takes me BF wise. I've also upped the volume in training as well. I will try and take a picture this week as well.

I've really been focusing on cardio this week. I upped my time to 32 mins. Today if I can get to the gym, I will do my best to hit 35mins. my macros: 104g Carb, 50g Fat, 179g protein for a total of, 1608 calories. I think I'll stick here for another two weeks and see where that takes me BF wise. I've also upped the volume in training as well. I will try and take a picture this week as well.

Finally got to pinning test base.

Very nice. Love the smell of it. No bite. Smooth as butter. Had a good deadlift session. And cardio was great!

Next time I use it. I will pin it about 45 mins prior to lifting

bodybuilding is seriously a 1 man sport. You want to be able to share it with 1 person but, finding that 1 person who will accept you for what it is will.. most likely turn their back on you and get sick of your shit...

Wow. So. I was drunk when i wrote that last post. I was so fucked up. not just drunk but, the hormones.. so out of wack.. what a horrible ride. i won't be pinning 50mg again. that was probably too much.

i will see how i respond to 25 to 30mg. I'll be in a better place. next time. i won't drink either.

the oil was smooth as fuck, great workout.

however... i don't know if it was something else or, the test base but, i've been having really bad cramps. i mean, so bad it felt like i was in labour/contractions. i hardly got any sleep. i slept over at my guys and, i didn't think i was making it home. i took some ibuprofen and been chugging water. it's eased up a little hopefully tomorrow will be better.

did back today, didn't have much time, doctors appointment. still blood in my urine. doc thinks it just might be normal for me. my guy says, its probably because i have a high protein diet. um. we are doing a ultrasound too so.. i'll book that for next week. did my ******** pictures today, hopefully get that filed this week.

i spoke to my ex today. uhh... we are to have no contact but, i was forwarded a news paper clipping so, i called to see if he was actually away still. he answered which, through me off. i didn't say much other than, to follow through with the custody order, i asked if he would file income taxes and, that, his son will call him between 630/7. since there is a no contact order for us. he has no way of contacting me. my number will always show as private because, it's a landline and, i have a local number now which, he doesn't have. if he wants to mail his son things, i am okay with that but, it will be to a PO box. he understood. I am going to urge him to contact me through this texting app thats set up through the courts here so, anything that's said between us is documented and kept as evidence - i think that will be a good start for us - i think updating him about his kid is important. not to just him but, our son as well. his son will see who he is once he is older.

okay, enough journaling. i know some of you have followed since day one.. a little update about that. advise?

You dont wanna keep him from his dad or speak on the asshole that he is. It can make the kid feel like something is wrong with them. Also it takes time for them to really realize that one parent is an ass. My daughter is 11 and is still all about her dad even though he is honestly a half ass dad. But I just keep quiet and do my best to get along with him. He also use to abuse both me and my daughter. [emoji2959]. I even have helped her dad here and there for thr sake of my kid. Just have to play nice until the little one speaks up and says he is done.

and yes perk, hair loss has slowed down. i dont know if it was gear related, or seasonal? but, much better, just a few hairs now. and you're probably right about the urine. i don't have any kidney pain, no UTI symptoms so.. meh.

For what it's worth, I think you are going above and beyond, trying to do whats best for your son with respect to the situation your ex created. I hope they can both recognize how fortunate they are to have/had you in their lives. My only question...and I have no idea...is if contacting him outside of the court's texting app puts you in any risk. I'm paranoid by nature, so my first thought would be if You are breaking any orders by contacting him...second if it could make things harder on you later...like...I don't know...he starts saying You are harassing him, he might not have the phone call recorded, but he has the proof that you called in the phone records. Now you are on the defense and again, if the No Contact order applies to you contacting him, it could be a bad situation. Again, I have no actual idea...just thoughts.

I won't be speaking to him any more. I dial the number and pass the phone to my son, and listen on speaker. They spoke today for a half hour. They had a good conversation. My son did not stop talking for the whole half hour. "guess what dad" every two seconds. It was super cute watching him and listening to them talk.

Anyways, friday night. almost time to turn a movie on. i think i'll be crashing soon.

i had a pretty good workout today, hard cardio session. took some sibutramine today to help with the cravings I've been battling lately. i've been struggling to keep the diet clean but, i am doing it and, thats all that matters...

as we are creeping into may, I don't know what my goal will be next... I think I will continue with cardio... and try and lean out just a little more.

But I have been in lower calories range for the most part for awhile so I am just gonna move past this. Move to maintenance and give it another go when I am ready. I knew the problem with this time was that I wasnt ready but had that obligated log that had already been on hold for 4 months [emoji849]. to be fair, i was running var still in the beginning of march so, i think it kept a lot of my tightness and, the lighting too is a different.

i am lookin way more flat, not as tight.

as much as I'd love to. it's probably not wise to blast tren just yet. especially with my hair acting up.

some things i've considered. Prami + slin + anadrol. I might run bold cyp again now that i am in a better place. bold cyp and superdrol? bold cyp and var? i could add in a touch of NPP in to that for my joints. I could run a low dose of test. that's something I haven't done yet. I'm really leaning towards the prami. and slin. given i can find some cheap slin around these neck of the woods.. yes, i can get it over the counter but, if i can find someone whos willing to sell me their script, it'd be cheaper. i just gotta find someone lol.

Had a binge last night.

160lbs but, I'll only sit there for a day or two. And I'll be back down to 155ish.

I have back/Tris, and cardio.

This is my second week of increased carbs.

My Macro Break down:
CARBS: 131g
FATS: 47g
PROTEINS: 170g
TOTAL CALORIES: 1671

I am going to stick with this for another week maybe two and see where it takes me.. I can already tell I am starting to get hungier because, I am getting a little more strength back so, I have to battle this vicious cycle of, over eating. I have to really stay strict with myself. I will add sibutramine on days I am struggling. Last night has me down and, I don't like that feeling. I don't even know why I did it? Pitty mothers day cheat? I don't know. I'm suppose to take my mother out with my sister on wednesday, looks like I'll be eating, not a cheat lol

I've also been struggling to get my whole half hour of cardio in last week. So, this week. I need to focus a little harder and actually hit 30 to 35mins. It's just getting mind numbing, and there is only so much music I can take. If I watch something, I wont stay at a high pace resulting in, not burning as much. So, if you guys can stay on me about cardio, i'd really, really appreciate it. If it means I have to post a picture, I will.. Usually Ragu is virtually helping but, the man is now overly busy with work... Maybe, that's what I'll do. Just throw up a quick picture that I did it. Hopefully I don't forget lol

Big workout. About to shovel my Lucky Charms down, get ready.

I got Legs and Shoulders.. Little cardio.. Maybe 20mins.. past few weeks, my leg workouts have been cardio so, I been skipping it. I'd like to finish 20mins at least, on the bike, or cybex on a high incline... depends if my hip can handle it.
