Ok so I’m looking to get my swimmers going stronger. Wife got tested and she’s good. I got tested and my swimmers are low. I normally don’t do much of pct after cycles besides the last couple weeks of the cycle I run low dosage of adex. Bloods show lower than normal test level. Estrogen levels are normal. I’m looking into running hcg and nolvadex to help strengthen the swimmers. Has anyone run into issues like this where the swimmers were helped by running hcg and nolvadex. Any other things anyone has done to help strengthen their swimmers?

For fertility, HCG is your base but 500iu twice a week won't cut it. You'll need to bump up the frequency to 500iu EOD and take 25-50mg clomid daily. If you aren't producing enough Sertoli Cells HMG can help alot but very expensive to run at effective doses 75mg 3x/wk. I would work this out with a fertility specialist as often times much higher doses of HCG are prescribed than what I suggested is more of a baseline effective dose.

From what I've read online / medical reviews, Nolva is best if SHE uses it, not you. They generally put the female on Clomid first, but if she can't tolerate the side effects, they switch her off and put her on Nolvadex. For you, however, I would dose yourself with HCG 500mcgs EOD and let your body do the rest. But, how long has it been since your last cycle? What did your cycle consist of? Certain compounds can have longer lasting effects. Did you discuss this with your fertility doctor? If not, you should. Doc needs the full history so that he/she can treat you accordingly. Is your doc personally recommending HCG/Nolva, or is this your idea? If not, have you talked to your doctor about this method? And finally, stay off the roids until you get your mission done. Baby making is your new priority.. Besides, you should be having sex all day every day, so this is your incentive! Schedule or no schedule!! :) Win win for you dude!

Yea I’m clean off everything since December. I don’t have insurance for a doctor so that’s why I’m going my own route.

I'm on the same mission. Used HMG for 3 weeks and now HCG and climid. Funny thing is I got bashed for using a similar HCG protocol that is being suggested to you. We just made our first real attempt. I'll let you know in ten days if my protocol worked.

I’ll be actually on the same mission, getting married in November and hoping to get wife pregnant during the honey moon or shortly after. My plan is just to run 16 weeks of clomid/nolva with natural boosters alongside starting in May gives me 6 months to recover after about 3 years of blasting and cruising... wish me luck

I’ve been going through the same stuff for about a year and a half. Mainly been on the whole time we’ve tried. Sperm counts always remained low after pct. I ran my last pct which consisted of clomid nolva and hcg. Then I decided I wanted to run a good fertility protocol cause my wife has dealt with this long enough.

So what i did
75iu Hmg 3x a week
500iu hcg in the non hmg days
Nolvadex 20mg Ed
I ran this for 4 weeks then stop all those drugs
I’ve also ran many of the herbals to support it. Vitamin c, coq10, ashwaghanda, l carnitine, l arginine are all good for sperm health. I am still running these.

My wife is not pregnant yet, however I’m just at the point where the start of my protocol are the Sperm that were produced at the beginning.

So I used the YO test. First pic was before my protocol, 2nd was 81 days since the start. It is a 400x picture of sperm. Obviously much much more now. So I’m hoping this month it happens.

I’m sorry brother because you could of had a kid a long time ago this is why I hate the mainstream.. what you need to do is run a proper pct with clomid and nolva without hcg all that does is suppress you further

I should have clarified that I use hcg in the ester clearing phase. When I begin my SERMS the hcg is stopped. Other then that, the only time its used is while I was running that fertility protocol and occasionaly during a cycle.

I also opted out of clomid because it makes me feel like dog shit and has caused floaters in my eye that have not gone away.

I could have had a kid a long time ago if I gave myself proper time off. The fault of my very own impatient decisions...

Hcg is used for women to drop more eggs. Clomid is for men to increase your LH which helps you produce sperm. I started out with a sperm count of 5000 before clomid. After three months taking 50mg a day i got my wife pregnant. So just clomid is usually all you need in my opinion If sperm count is the only issue.

Bro I would put and then get bloodwork done to make sure you bounced back. I also And this is the same advice I would give to a brother or a friend. I would not get your wife pregnant for at least 6 months after your last cycle. You need to clean your system out completely so you can be as healthy as possible for your wife and baby.. but that’s up to you. But I would definetly talk to a dr before hand as I am lot a dr.. just giving my opinion

There is some research where Proviron has been used to help with infertility related to low sperm count. Good luck!

continue thru her ovulation if not pregnant drop HMG till start of her next period continue hcg and clomid
