View Full Version : Arms.... digitorum profundus, flexor pollicis longus
So I am a relative neebie...But I have been Hitting the Arms Hard for me...44 yrs Old and it seems like I get more Pump and am Seeing more Gains from Forearms than Biceps..... So it's making the proportions off....lol Biceps are getting bigger but not the same rate. Thanks for any advice.

Use lifting straps.
I use lifting straps for that reason but mainly for the fact it increases the amount if weight I'm capable of lifting which therefore increases hypertrophy.
