What do you guys take to manage BP both while on cycle and off?

I tend to run in the high side but my doc thinks it’s from my trt (100mg a week). I have a family history of high bp and I’m naturally a high strung Intense guy lol I manage it fine with diet and exercise when cruising but when jumping on an oral it goes up pretty bad.

Ramipiril is good, bisoprolol, cialis is good too
Curcumin, pomegranate juice
Have similar issues to you plus had some heart probs thst resolved, shoulda managed my bp better i learnt the hard way
I only run low doses now, and try and stay reasonably lean
Also if you have undiagnosed sleep apnea that can be a big problem too
Cpap changed my life

Are you rxd the ramipiril or bisoprolol?

Yeah dad had sleep apnea, but had a surgery to correct it. My wife says I breath through the night though so I’m good on that account. Plus none of the other symptoms to go with apnea.

Lisinopril or losartan, whichever I have on hand. I won’t blast without it.

That’s what I was thinking. What dose do you take? I’ve found a 90 day supply for $25 shipped. I was going to get a natural supp but this is a fraction of the price and more effective

I take lisinopril @ 10mg. I get mine from my doctor but it can be found other places. I'm just getting my blood pressure to normalize and hope to go back down to 5mgs
after a while. I've be on a fairly high TRT for years with ocassional blasts.

Yeh bro both prescribed, but easy to buy online
They reckon any male with a neck circumference above 17 inches is at risk of OSA, which is prob the majority of BOP members
Stay on top of your BP bro
All the best mate

Yeah I monitor mine daily and I’m good when I’m not blasting and not stressed with work or anything. Pre hypertensive but nothing too bad.

I don’t have time to watch the whole thing right now but I will! I totally am on board with the cholesterol deal. I think it’s a load of crap. LDL sticks to the Artery wall to repair damage, that’s its job so the LDL is simply the bandaid on the real problem.(which I believe is vldl) BP I’m a little more hesitant about simply because I personally don’t feel as good when it get higher. I get winded, headaches etc. I could care less what the number is, I care how I feel. For instance I feel fine at the 135/80 range which would be considered high for someone 27 and in good shape. But I’m not worried about it because I personally feel fine.

Overall I’m extremely skeptical of te sick care system as a whole. It exists for one reason and that’s to line the pockets of the drug companies. My Dr has Lexapro signs all over his office and oddly enough every single person I know that’s gone in there said he tried to put them on it. Myself included...

Ye the cholesterol thruth is starting to surface more and more. Theres not even such a thing as BAD and GOOD cholesterol...theres only ONE cholesterol lol. LDL and HDL are referring to lipo proteins that help shuttle cholesterol where its needed.

High bP can make u feel "off"...or the issue u are having making it rise can certainly make u feel "off".
Think about what the hearts job is.

Why on Gods green earth would (I) want to restrict oxygenated blood to my brain/organs lol !!
If high bp is a "baaaad thing"....we better all stop fuckin, lifting weights, running, etc...ya know.

Anyway good luck man, hope u get it all str8tened out.

Very interesting. I listened to the whole thing. He did contradict himself a little and I found it curious he was selling a service at the end. Lol but overall he has some very neat points.

The concept that BP is not the problem but the symptom was very interesting. In overweight middle age adults it would be presumable due to an unhealthy lifestyle placing stress on the cardiovascular system. Poor diet, smoking, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol consumption, etc.

For our purposes it would be due to the exogenous hormones presumably? If that’s the case then there should be less cause for concern as we know the cause. So when we come off the stressor is removed and BP returns to normal. Would that be accurate or am I way off? Lol

For me it's rx Benicar and Amolidpine.. Bp is always good no matter if I am blasting or cursing with these meds.. Starting taking them cause of heredity conditions and also use my bipap machine daily and hadn't had high BP in yrs ..

Yeeeeah I would say the service hes selling, Id buy in a second over anything a Dr is selling. I didnt notice any contradictions,,,,maybe I missed them. I would choose his care over any Dr Ive ever visited.

Yes, I would say u are correct. Again, when u think of the hearts job and what blood pressure means/does...its not hard to figure out we really shouldnt be restricting it lol.
The body is an amazing machine. Barring any diseases, etc...it knows what to do to heal itself....but this nation has been conditioned to believe we need Drs and meds for good health.

All it is, is a little common sense and research (the BP thing, cholesterol, etc)

600mg of eq
500mg of dhb
500mg of npp
450mg of tren ace
