Test 400

Since test 400 contains all 3 esters, should I go by the prop dose or what?

This has always been debated and everyone has their own opinion. You can go by the prop dose and do smaller injects ed or eod or you can go by the longer ester and still do twice weekly. It's really your call IMO. I myself like to do injections and usually go ed or eod for blends like this, but when I first started I went with the longer ester and did twice weekly and had great gains as well. What is the blend exactly?

I'd go EOD with it, only 50mg/ml prop, but still there.

2cc of test 400 eod!? thats 3 grams a week... not safe for anyone imo. .5cc eod would b a solid dose

thats a weird blend imo. the amount of prop in there is very low, so I'd just go by the long esters. 2x a week inj or mod,wed, fri inj if you'd like. what dose per week are you going for?

Like mentioned above with a blend like that twice/wk would be just fine. With a regular sust type blend, that you may want to run eod or e3d.
