I just get mine from Vitamin World. The Mega Man. honestly I take them because I should but don't notice a difference whether I take them or not.

By far the best I have ever taken and love it is Irwins naturals men's liquid green liquid gel multi! It has everything under the sun in it, plus it's very cheap! If u try it I think you will love it, by far way better than orange triad! It's literally the only vitamin u need to take! Check out what's all in it

If u get injectable b complex from a cattle store u won't piss any of it out, super cheap like $7 for 250ml I inject it every 2 days, stings like crazy but it's pretty good stuff!

I just bought 2 bottles of GNC's mega men sport for $18 during a sale. I don't like paying out the a$$ for vitamins because I never notice a difference. I guess it's just the piece of mind knowing that I am getting all those vitamins and minerals.
