Good luck and take it slow and careful as you don't want to risk another injury in your somewhat weaker state. I'd say start at a light weight and go for higher reps and gradually increase the weight over time and you should be at or better than you were pre-injury

Take your time and be careful...FYI: it sucks even more the older you get!!

Be careful you don't want to get injured again. Don't worry if you make sure you stay healthy and you train your muscle memory will kick in and you'll be your old self in no time.

didn't read what type of injury u had...but I had full thickness tears to both rotator cuffs with labrium tendons torn loose...left healed great and strength came back great as well...right healed ok but i have never gained back the strength in it...I can feel the difference in the pressing movements and its huge...but I can lift and thats what counts....

Great to hear bro. I was just about to say that just give it time and the muscle memory will have you back in no time. Like the others say just take it slow and you will be back in no time!

Keep us posted.

It's amazing how fast the size and strength will come back. I tore my mcl and my leg turned to jello. After a few weeks back squatting light the size was almost back to normal. Just be patient the strength will come back. Goodluck man!

Has anyone here tried HGH while recovering? Recently underwent a shoulder operation and would love some help speeding up the recovery and getting back to it.
