Deca 400??

Depends on how you run it and how you incoporate an AI. Which all depends on where you are in your cycle history. If running 400 per week, it's nice to split the dose for less oil per shot. A 600 Test E/ 400 Deca a week would be a good 2nd or 3rd cycle.

I've ran deca as high as 600 per week and noticed a ton of bloat. I love deca tho Id like to front load it at 800

It's the same way with any other Deca. I like the high amount to save on the amount of oil you are injecting. You can keep the bloat down by adding an AI. Deca is an incredible mass builder.

Deca will def be noticeable around week 8, your girl will be like - WTF? Lol

3-4 hundred mg is a great starter number. You'll get all the benefits with little to no sides.
