Looking at starting my cruise cycle soon. Does anyone have suggestions for a stack to help promote/maintain strength and aid in recovery? I was thinking 250mg of test c and possibly eq or npp. Let me know what you guys think.

I've ran a Test C and Primo E cruise cycle for quite a while at 250mgs per week of each and it worked great IMO...

I came off a big bulk cycle six weeks ago. For a cruise dose I've been running 200-250mg/wk Test C, 150-200mg/wk Mast and 25mg/day Proviron. I've lost no strength at all. Down 10 pounds from 272 but I'm cutting for the summer. Will drop another 15-20lb. I feel great. Post workout recovery is great. Actually feel better than when I was running all that gear. And libido is through the roof. My GF is afraid. lol

A cruise is a break. Not a cycle. Just 250 of test should suffice to keep gains till you blast off.
I got a friend who cruises at 1g of test and 500 Deca. He’s very big but his physic has been the same for 3 years. I think receptors need time to clean out a little. Just an opinion.

cruise cycle is something you do when letting your feet off the pedals of a bicycle and coast..

Cruise cycle was the wrong way to phrase that. Need time to let the body normalize a bit, just wanting to maintain some extra recovery benefit if possible

Seems a cruise would be just that-low dose of test to maintain. Time on=time off. Reset, repeat.

It helps to have some specifics. Like how old you are, what level of training you are at? It matters.

My best Cruise cycle from early 20's to late 30'swas an Off Cycle of at least the same duration as I was on. During the off cycle I used food as an anabolic driver consuming lots of protein and carbs while keeping cardio at 30-40 minutes/ 5-6 days per week, and training the same as I trained when On Cycle. Using that approach I could always use lower doses to start a cycle and get Great results..then slowly up the dose over the next few months so I wouldn't plateau. longest cycle I ever did without going off was 16 weeks followed by 4 months off.

Once over 40 years old, TRT with HCG needs to be in the mix cause your body just isn't producing the same test levels as it was in your 20's or 30's. That's where I think Cruising comes in. And again,I cruise for at least as long as I am using higher doses.

I've found that I have my best "cruising" cycles when I use the least amount of test- as low as 125 mgs per week on TRT is plenty for me to maintain and still train hard- then when I up the dose on the Test and add in some extra compounds it's BOOM.. game on! And I don't have to use a ton of gear to get Max Results.

Just take 125-150mg test a week

I do 50mg test eod

I was going to ask OP what a cruise cycle was?
Just like I don't get the self prescribed TRT at 300mg/week, that's not TRT.
