Been in caloric deficit for about 6 weeks. Lost 40+ lbs over the last 5 months. Down to 207 today. Put a few back on after starting Gh,Sustanon, tren a, Proviron, and GW-501516. I’m thinking about changing to a Keto diet. Just a little kick in the ass or a change to get me over the hump so to speak. Wanting to lose about 17 more lbs. really just trying to shred up. I don’t know my bf% right now. I was 14% at 210 a while back. Trying to hit single digits one time in my life and stay there thru the summer. How has the Keto diet worked for y’all? How was your energy levels? Thoughts?

If you do, please do a log. I haven’t done a keto diet without losing muscle. I’d like to see how others do.

That’s what I’m scared of.

Haven't tried Keto, but found IF extremely beneficial for losing fat while maintaining muscle. Specifically the 16/8 method.

I did do a little IF for awhile last year. I didn’t lose my ch weight with it though. I guess i could’ve been eating to many calories though. If I eat more than 2300 calories I don’t lose any weight which is crazy to me.
