Brothers, what's your view of sticking to the basic compound movements (bench, squat, and deads) as the foundation of routine? I heard stories of people who are fit, but do not incorporate one or any of these movements in their routines. To me it's unheard of, but I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Agree, compounds should be the foundation of any routine.

Yep...they should be included to anyone at any fitness level. Actually, I have clients do all those lifts to help strengthen their core instead of the more isolated core exercises.

^^^Agreed. I have some that I just start out with this. Then later on I move them into more isolated exercises to define their bodies.

Yes compound movements are good for building mass but i see people in the gym who do alot of the same workouts i do and see little to no results..

Your diet/calorie intake is just as important as your workouts when bulking... and make sure your form is correct
