Is there a way to tell/test if Clomid is fake?

As the title says, I'm curious if there's a way to figure out if the Clomid I got is real or fake?

Any ideas welcome (blood tests, comparing pills, etc..).

It makes me constipated every time and when you do a qucik google you can see it does to others as well. I wouldnt say its a for sure thing for "testing" purposes. I know i've had my test levels checked and lets say it was 215ng/dl well after taking clomid for 6 weeks at 25mg a day. I re tested and my levels were 595ng/dl. So thats a for sure way to know its real.
