My current cycle is test e 500mg/week. This will be my 7th week of a 16 week cycle (taking 12.5mg aromasin every 3rd day).
What are y’alls thoughts on throwing in some Dbol for the next 4 weeks?

So your doing 500 a week and roughly around the top here your going to throw in Dbol.
Why not
I blow up on Dbol about a pound a day so I can never go more then a couple of weeks. We all react different. Your going to need to watch your estrogen. Dbol is very wet.
If you want to see a pound a day your going to have to fight for it. Your going to have to fucking eat.
Unless someone has a more technical answer to explain why this is unwise. Which as a dbol fan I would love to learn something new. I'd say go for it.

There my be something to bloods that I don't lnow about to discredit pyramiding. However that's how I used to do it had some pretty good results. By the end you have a weaned down.

Diamond pattern used to be THE STANDARD, and still is a good way to introduce a new compound for beginner/intermediate lifters. Start low, build up to your maximum mg, then taper down. Nowadays, it seems sacrilegious and outdated. Many successful pro bodybuilders used it.

“Pyramiding” is what we did in the 80s. We called it “taper up, taper off” though.
We also never did so called “PCT”.
