i have been talking to some of my buddys at the gym about getting on a cycle but I'm not really sure how to go about it. Some people say deca is good to use with test but idk if you could use just a text booster from gnc!

If your gonna go with AAS to help you build mass, do ALOT!!!!! of research and ask a ton of questions. there are alot of bros on this site that know their stuff and will help you do the right thing.

Id like to see a complete day of what your eating. You need to eat 6-7 meals a day. Thats MEALS, not a snack or a protein shake in between you regular meals. Plus, creatine pre and post workout...and definitely add in bcaa's and glutamine in your post workout shake.

Ill write out a meal plan of what I am eating and you can tell me if its what I need to be eating or if there are ways to help me out to be more lean and build more muscle

monohydrate does but the new kre-alkalen does not. I liked kre-alkalen but for what you get out of it id rather spend money on food and gear

creatine + waxy maize starch....plus protein of course....I actually like the Mass Tech-like supplement (high gainers with carbs) with a lot of carbs, not a lot of fat, but a ton of goodies packed in lol
